I recently found this place by chance !!! They have ova vegetarian options and the portions perfect / bagels nice variety – nice spot 5 star each visit , quick and plenty ice coffee flavors they Even had almond milk -lunch or breakfast closed mondays 1:45 pm they close not 2 !!!

First time here and this is the best bagel I’ve had in a while! As a former NYer, I am definitely a bagel snob lol, but the everything bagel was everything! They actually put a decent amount of cream cheese and the price was amazing! I paid under $4, which honestly I haven’t seen a lot of lately. I don’t really leave reviews, but they deserve a shout out!

If you want delicious food, then definitely stop in but if you want horrible customer service expect that. Upon arrival, a cashier did not even acknowledge us as she was reading a bill from a vendor. Then, we placed our order which came out completely wrong. We did go up and ask about the order and she looked at us with a blank face. All she did was offer a fork. So he can eat it and not change the order. Walking back to our table, my husband turned around and asked if she was going to even acknowledge the situation by offering a simple. I’m sorry about that. She looked at him with a blank stare. Also beware, the prices that are online, and in the store are wrong. They’ve increased all of their prices. The only note is one by the register in regards to a different price than what is stated. It really kills me to put a review up like this, but this has happened numerous times.

Their bagels are huge, soft and delicious! We have a bagel club at work and everyone loves when I bring these, especially the whipped cream cheese. You can order online and store pick up is quick and easy. The staff are all very nice, friendly people.

First of all, There have been 2 or 3 times when I walked in and the girl at the register just stood there with her head down texting on her phone and ignored me. It’s incredibly rude not to greet customers when they enter your establishment. Secondly, why do the cooks handle the food without gloves??? That’s disgusting and a health code violation! I will call the Health Department to inspect this place. Also, seeing how disrespectful the owner is in how he responds to negative reviews is very telling of the kind of person he is. Customer service and hospitality is the most important part of running a business. I hope this business goes bankrupt and shuts down.

The food was ok my issue here is that while I’m being assisted if your talking to other employees in Spanish and not paying attention to me your customer it shows how much you care about serving your customers. Leave the chatter for your break and try to make our experience an A1 experience. Luckyly I speak Spanish so I understand that they where talking about personal stuff but if I didn’t I would have felt extremely uncomfortable with them back and forth and the looks that they where giving the customers in the front along with myself

I am in a bagel club at work, and I’m so happy when it’s my co-worker’s turn who lives near Kettle Bagels and Grill!!!!! It is always a treat! These bagels are huge, and I always get a Sesame Bagel, and what I love best is there are sesame’s on the whole bagel, not just the top side, like everyone else!!!! Highly recommend!
