Make sure you stop by if you’re in, or traveling through, Temple! Angel cooks some AMAZING BBQ and it’s always service with a smile . His homemade sausages and BBQ sauce will not disappoint and if you’re lucky enough he might have some chili dogs available too! Check them out!

This is a good place for your basic BBQ. I like lists so let’s make some lists:
Pros:
-Quick service
-Good price (about $8-9 for a plate, no drink)
-Easy to find
-Friendly
-Homemade beans and potato salad
Cons:
-Brisket was a little too fatty
-Chicken and brisket had a good smoke to them but not much flavor past that.
I liked the potato salad because it was really different from any other I’ve had but I think others may not like it so much. Do give it a try because you might love it! I would really like to give 3.5 stars for this place but that’s not possible here.
Info you need to know:
-No indoor seating (just a bench outside) so plan on taking this home.
-No credit cards! They only take cash.
-Central Ave is a one-way street.
-There is one man who works here so I would not suggest large groups. If he isn’t in, check the store next door.
-They close at 5 so try this place for lunch, not dinner.
