The food was normal and the serving size was less for a standard skillet order. There are a couple of items that was made well though. The service was good and not crowded for a weekend brunch.

The service was fairly good. The food, while it looked good, was awful. The soup was cool, the noodles were complete mush, and there was no flavor. The sandwich was, again, mushy and cold. It’s definitely not worth the trip nor the cost. I brought my daughter here for lunch for a treat after leaving Royal Oak Beaumont as she is pregnant along with her mother-in-law. They both had fish, which neither one finished as it had been sitting for a while, and the fries were soggy. This is roughly 2 hours from our home. Never Again!

The waitress was confused as to why I would be asking about the onions and tomatoes and TZATZIKI that was clearly pictured for the “yeros” platter dinner. All I had done was asked for the grilled vegetables substitution (for 99¢ extra!) for the RICE/FRIES. What I got was a pitiful plate of a handful of sad looking grilled veg and some very bare looking gyros, and rather than recognise the issue the waitress told me the dish isn’t supposed to come with any onions or tomatoes or TZATZIKI!

Wonderful dining experience here. Showed up to dine in with a large group (7 kids, 13 adults) and was taken care. Service was great, and fast. Staffs were friendly. Definitely had a good time and would recommend

Not only did a 45 min dinner turn into 2 hours for no apparent reason. Waitress was nice, but she was slow often forgot about us. Not to mention within 6 hours I vomited the entire meal I ate. Disgusting environment, disgusting workers, and disgusting food. This place needs to be shut down

This particular location is a bit dated compared to other Kerby’s, but that is okay with me. Whenever I stop by for a bite, even by myself, have fond memories of meals out with family and such when they were alive.

However, about Kerby’s. As with all locations – food is quite good, if some meals not just downright OutStanding. Such as my fav, Chili Dogs. They use all beef Viennas, with natural casing, so for me, that classic “snap” when biting into a dog is the best. Their hot dog chili is amazing. I consider myself a bit of a Chili Dog Expert & Aficionado, and let me tell you there is none better. It ALWAYS comes out hot and is always the perfect seasoned tasting chili and consistency. You will get a bit messy though, the dogs come out overloaded with chili. Suggestion: Order your hot dogs with a side of well done fries and you will have left over chili perfect for dipping your fries in.

Not in mood for chili dogs? They serve a darn good breakfast open to close.

By the way, hats off to the staff. Not once, I mean NEVER have I had a bad waitstaff experience, in 30+ years eating at Kerby’s. Always attentive, always Smiling staff. Even the manager I most often see at this location, and he is out on the floor – is old school as I say, will still give a personal hi and ask how things are. Why has this stopped at so many other restaurants? And if his staff is busy, I have actually witnessed him picking up a broom himself walking around the floor sweeping up. That should tell you everything you need to know about the staff here. By the way, Kerby’s has managed to keep their restaurant prices reasonable. I can enjoy two chili dogs & fries (+a drink) that is great tasting and cheaper than a burger combo at that McD fast food place and not half as good. Go enjoy a .

This restaurant is about to learn a costly lesson over an item that was less than $3.

On Dec. 20, I placed an order through their online platform, which is DoorDash. When I got home, I realized one item I was charged for was missing. Mistakes happen and I completely understand that.

What I don’t understand is the response. When I called the restaurant to request a refund for the missing item, I was dismissed and told I had to go through DoorDash. DoorDash, in turn, instructed me to contact the restaurant. I’m stuck in a loophole of no one wanting to take accountability despite it entirely being the restaurants fault.

Customer service matters, especially in the hospitality industry. This Kerby’s location missed the mark. They’ve lost my business not because of a small missing item, but because of how the situation was handled.

Located at the end of the shopping complex doesn’t ever seem to busy during the week maybe it is on the weekends? Food overall is decent and not too expensive for what you get. Chicken strips and fries is always a go to. The hot dogs and coneys are not too bad either.

I mean, not a bad restaurant for a quick bite and of course their price is pretty descent. but i guess if i am looking for a hot dog probably costco can offer a humongous one for $1.5. but of course they don’t offer the condiment that goes with the dog. Not a bad place just maybe it wasn’t my favorite. Thanks though.

Terrible and won’t be surprised to see them closed soon. Girl working wasn’t doing anything when we came in yet we cldnt hardly find a clean table when went to sit down. Lukewarm friendliness. Menus were dirty. Walls dirty, salt pepper shaker sticky and dirty. Ketchup bottles were empty even one we grabbed from new table was empty. Napkin holder was disgusting see pics attached. Prices way to high for subpar cheap food. Will never come back. Came here for a quick bite after work wish we didn’t. I didn’t even order because I didn’t want give this place anymore money then I needed to. Let wife have a quick bite of chicken tenders and fries and I snuck one just to satisfy my hunger until we cld get a real bite to eat later. I know Kerby’s aren’t 5 star dining but many are way better then this nasty place. Terrible.
