Low quality food got carry out. hot dogs were not steamed buns. Skimpy on chili and old onions. I had to throw the fries out as the grease seemed like they had used it for too long it had expired. It had a burnt smell to it from the grease expiring. I know this because I used to work at Burger King and the fries would start to not smell, taste correctly and-or look overcooked. They probably added a bunch of water to the chili instead of making more. It was just a very skimpy amount of chili and it looked watered down.

What a scam. I’ve ordered here many times. Today, spend $30-something dollars through website to have it delivered. No hashbrowns with my All American Breakfast, a fraction of the eggs I normally get, no condiments. You click doordash link to file complaint, and says you need to contact the store. Called the store, and was pretty much told Im out of luck. Will not reorder from here ever again

Horrible. Could not order online. Dry and broken bun. Hardly any mustard. Koney fries has hardly any chili on them. Hotdogs are OLD. Went to get new ones, and they blamed me! Said it was because I ordered take out so when I got home they were not fresh. Mind you, I live 2 minutes away! Legit 2 mins away!!! JUST DONT GO TO THIS ONE! There are better ones out there and near this one!!

Our first question to the server after we sat down was, “How is the coffee?” We were told that the restaurant had good coffee. That was not our opinion. The coffee was terrible. We ordered a breakfast special for $4.99 and an English muffin with two coffees. The total came to $11.49. The breakfast was good but nothing to write home about. The best part of the service was Francis and the only reason Kerry’s Coney Island got a 3. I would have given the restaurant a 2. Francis made the meal and made it entertaining. I don’t think we will be returning to the restaurant.

Used to eat here all the time for breakfast after shopping at meijer’s. during the pandemic they stopped doing sit down service and I switched to Leo’s off crooks road because it was easier.
I’ve been back a few times over the years but this last time I think I won’t be going back. The server was working all alone and it took forever to get the food to come out and when it did it wasn’t that great.
They also used to be open really super early at like 7:00 or 8:00 in the morning on the weekends, and now it’s closer to 9:00 a.m.. I don’t know what’s going on with this place but it’s slowly going downhill.
I know it’s a coney island but they could do better.

I took two of my senior couples here for dinner because I thought it would be a great place to have a nice time to eat and talk. I was extremely disappointed. The waitress was rude, short, and she appeared that she has somewhere to be. To make things worse, towards the end of our dinner it was obvious that she had somewhere to be. We asked about dessert and her words literally said if you are getting it to go yes I can get it for you. The restaurant was not going to close for another 40 minutes. There was somebody out in the parking lot waiting for her so she was trying to rush her shift so she could leave. I was extremely disappointed so we definitely will not be back.

I tried their new chicken sandwich. It was pretty good, nothing special. May have been a little over cooked and slightly dry. The koney cheese fries had a slight skin over the cheese so maybe they sat for a while.
