Had to downgrade this place. Why? Bad service. So bad, we went to another coney.
Sorry. We even gave them 2 tries to make it up. Still. Bad service. The staff just try to hurry you out the door. Sorry guys. Been coming here for years. No longer. Plenty of other coney island restaurants.

Kerby’s Koney Island offers a charming diner feel that adds to its appeal. The food is great, especially the two Koney dogs for $4 deal on Tuesdays. The staff is exceptionally nice, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Be prepared to come with an appetite, as the menu is so tempting you’ll want to order everything.

Lately I’ve been going to different restaurants with the wife and honestly the customer service and just the workers in general seem to be like in a daze like The Walking Dead. It seems that people are just not caring at their jobs anymore. With that being said we haven’t done take out in a while. I decided to come in and dying and order my wife some takeout. The dark haired younger waitress waited on me and she was very professional and polite. I went to use the restroom and checked out the facilities and it was very clean. By the time I came back both my ice water and hot tea with lemon and honey was there at the table. The food I ordered was there within 5 minutes. I will definitely come in here again and bring the wife. Had a great experience. Thank you guys and gals for making my day. And the food wasn’t too shabby either 🙂

Wonderful comfort food. Place was packed and yet they opened up a section just for our party of 17. Gave us great service and kept the refills coming. Generous portions ment we had to box up half to use as lunch tomorrow.

My co workers and I order door dash all the time. Kerby’s is the only place that I have issues with. I stopped ordering from them like 3 months ago because I got my wrap delivered to me with the wrap literally broken to the point where I couldn’t even hold it or eat it normally. Today I decided to give it another chance. It’s koney island so I’m not expecting much. But can I at least not have my chicken wrap and cheese fries placed in the same box? Cheese poured all over not only the fries but the sandwich. Made it all soggy. Not to mention my wrap and the fries had chili on them. I did not order chili on my wrap or fries. I took photos. Just all around sloppy. I honestly don’t leave bad reviews right away I like to give second chances. This was just terrible. Even if door dash refunded me. (Didn’t bother to call restaurant first as when I did last time they laughed off my issue and never called me back)

Their koneys are great! Although, we ended up with a fresh onion breath… It might be nice if they dehydrate their onions. They just have the best Greek salad, I think it might be their secret dressing…
