Very good! The owner was very kind, and engaging. He told us the food could take a while as there were many people. But the food came out within 15 min.

Excellent place for Korean BBQ in New Jersey. They really guide you through the process and make it effortless. Usually you are cooking the meat yourself but at this restaurant they are very attentive and do everything for you. We had a nice large booth towards the back of the restaurant which had dividers for privacy. We ordered the marinated meats not spicy BBQ. There was enough food for at least 3 to 4 ppl so don’t let the prices scare you. The bbq meats come with the typical Korean side dishes which can fill you up . We also ordered a soup which we were able to divide 3 ways. We had a group of 9 and only ordered 2 grilled meats platters.

First time to eat here today and will definitely come back. The food is excellent and authentic. Plenty of choices. John, manager, provides excellent customer service. He makes sure we are happy with the service and food. We like their Kimchi and bought some to go. The ambience is relaxing. The restaurant is very clean. We highly recommend this Korean restaurant.

We decided to come here for an early dinner based on the many great reviews and recommendations. The service was pretty good. The server or manager, I am not sure, did a nice job of explaining things to us and was very helpful. The food was all very good and we ordered one of the combination platters. The beef barbecue was so so good but the server or manager, he tried to play it off that he prefers to serve the spicy pork and chicken a little crispy but it was way beyond that. I should have taken a picture of the pork and especially the chicken but we did not want to embarrass him. The grill was literally smoking from all the char and someone else finally came to turn the heat down but it was too late and the server tried to play it off that he prefers to cook it this way, but he should have asked us first how we liked it instead of lying or saying how he likes to cook it. He clearly isn’t the chef and since we are paying for the food, he shouldn’t be able to insist how he wanted to serve our burnt barbecue, whether he likes it that way or not. Overall, it was a decent experience that went a little south towards the end by neglect and not being up front about his overcooking. We would come back and try again, but would certainly recommend saying how you want your barbecue done or it might not come out well.

First time being at a Korean BBQ and oh boy was it and experience. They are very welcoming and patient, the reason I say this is because I’ve never been to a Korean BBQ and I was asking a lot of questions. To some it can be silly but I genuinely didn’t know.

My family and I came here this past Sunday night. There were 4 of us, two of us celebrating a birthday plus a new job, and we got the korean BBQ and the beef hot pot. The food was great, and the service was wonderful! The manager Jean cooked the food for us personally, walking us through each dish, answering any questions we had, and helping us enjoy the food the way its meant to be enjoyed, and it was great! Thank you so much Jean for the amazing service from me and my family! Highly recommend!

The food and side dishes are very high quality! I was so happy I chose Keo Ku to introduce my parents to Korean food. I had lived in Korea for five years, but my parents never had the chance to visit. The Gobdol Jaeyuk Bibimbap was a standout for us. We also enjoyed the fried Mandu (dumplings). Excellent atmosphere and very kind/attentive staff.
