Kensington Pies brings back the nostalgic feeling of a hearty traditional British Pie from London. I tried their Lamb Pie, it’s so so good. Super flavorful meat filling inside a flaky crispy pie crust. The combination just melts in your mouth. Will definitely be back to explore their long list of British Pies and Snacks. There are savory and sweet options. Am glad to have met the friendly owner too.

The feeling of an English pub is in these wonderful pies! We have tried the steak and mushroom, and chicken pie so far. The crust is amazing with plenty of delicious fillings. I look forward to trying all the savory pies and then move on to the sweet ones! So happy I found the Kensington Pie stores.

Let me say the guy that works. There is there 6 days a week. Sometime 7, he makes the best Pizza. He’s always got the freshest Pizza. Never, ever commotion. He runs a place very smooth and his Pizza is phenomenal. It’s the hand that turns a sauce, not the Pizza place itself. I knew him from another pizzeria, and now that we’ve seen him there, me, my family and all my friend, specifically autopilot’s just from that pizzeria, because he’s there. Vinny with the bald head, the best pizza in town

In the small neighborhood of East Meadow, Kensington Pies is a hidden gem. It is hard to find authentic British pies on Long Island. In the 30 mile radius, there are almost none. The Steak and Ale pie caught my attention. It has a flaky top crust and a crust soaked with ale and steak juice at the bottom. My first bite takes me back to the UK. It was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend.

Sells overpriced rotten British food.. see pic.. I got these cakes from them. My daughter ate a bit a said it tasted bad. I ate one and threw up.. then I realized each cake was bad and had mold in the back hence the bad taste . Buyer beware.. we got three boxes of these.. we threw the other two..

Found this establishment after reading an article about the owner bringing English meat pies into our area.
Had a great chat with the owner and picked up four meat pies, two Cornish pasties and a scotch egg. All were delicious. We’ll definitely return for more!

I just picked up a few of their British style of pies to go. The steak and Ale is always delicious. The lamb pie was also very good, I’ll be getting again the next time I go there

I stopped in here for the very first time today and was instantly transported back to my childhood. This pizzeria has that rare, nostalgic feel that so many places have lost. I ordered a slice of grandma pizza, garlic knots, and a bag of chips—and when the guy behind the counter told me the total was six dollars and some change, I actually had to ask, “Did you charge me for everything?” He smiled and said, “Yes.”
Shocked doesn’t even begin to cover it. In this day and age, they’re charging just $1.90 for a slice—and then he casually adds, “It’s 99¢ per slice after 9 PM.” Come on… places like this are exactly what neighborhoods need. True gems like this deserve to be staples forever. I genuinely hope they continue to prosper for years to come.
And just in case you’re wondering—yes, the pizza and the garlic knots were absolutely delicious. ✨

Establishment has no fruit pies, even though they advertise on Google that they do have pies I walked in. They had no fruit pies only meat pies. Thumbs down waste of time..

Pies are a perfect meal for 2 to split. Tried a few different once all offer something different. It’s worth the wait to warm up in the oven.
