We stopped in for our date night and wow did this place deliver such a great experience. Julien, our server was absolutely fantastic, between his customer service and the manager on duty who was working as hard as the wait staff they made sure the pace of the meal was perfect . We ordered charred edamame and the tuna tower (which was gifted to us as it was our first time visiting…how lovely is that). The warm sake was perfect on a very cold night and the 3 rolls that we ordered the Amazon, lion king and San Marcos were all phenomenal- perfectly seasoned and very unique. This is by far the best sushi restaurant in Lexington (and Louisville) . You will not be disappointed

I’ve been here a couple of times. A bit pricey but I have always loved it! The staff have always been nice and recommended different kinds of rolls. The place is very clean and very authentic. I would give it a try if you haven’t been here and want good sushi!

They really knocked it out of the park for our date night. We had the hot stone beef appetizer and the ceviche. The cocktails were amazing, the waitress even folded a little paper plane for us to garnish. The sushi was good, as always, and we had a great time overall. It’s all ala carte, pricey, but worth it and of exceptional quality for a land locked state! I recommend the black tuna, it always hits the spot!

What a delicious restaurant. This was my first but not my last. The sushi was some of the best I’ve had in a long time. The seared salmon was heaven. The other roll was Lion King and was just as good.

Happy Hour Sushi (lunchtime) is reasonably priced and scrumptious. Miso was a tad too salty. Spicy salmon and shrimp tempura rolls were delicious. Kirin draft complemented a wonderful lunch.

The Lion King (in back on the photo) and the Tataki Maki were the best rolls I’ve ever had in my life! The King had an eel sauce with chili that paired perfectly with the Japanese booze drink I ordered. I also ordered the Tataki roll as a variant that included an eel sauce, a different seafood and the perfect amount of panko crunch.
The service was phenomenal and the ambiance was perfect for a busy place. Love the comical Japanese effigies in the back dining room. Baby’s got Feng shui up in Lexington. MOST IMPORTANTLY….I enjoyed myself here.

Blue Sushi Saki Grill is conveniently located in the Summit at Fritz Farm area, which features a variety of restaurants, shops, and businesses. While I was looking for a place to eat, I felt like having sushi. Happy hour runs from 2 to 6 PM, which is a nice bonus. I decided to sit at the bar, and fortunately, the restaurant was not too busy during my visit.
There were two rolls that piqued my interest, but when I mentioned my food allergy, the bartender recommended against one of them for safety reasons. Although I was a bit disappointed, I appreciated the bartender’s help in selecting another roll. I ended up ordering two Lion King rolls along with a hibiscus squeeze lemonade. The rolls were delicious, and I really enjoyed my drink. Overall, I had a great dining experience.

Stopped for dinner passing through town. This was my first experience with vegan options at a sushi restaurant. Vegan cream cheese on sushi was wonderful. We had the South Pacific vegan roll, Snow White and Vegan hot popper. They were all wonderful.
The coconut crab soup was amazing too.
The only downside is that they are six hours from my house.

My husband and I found this beautiful restaurant on our 31st wedding anniversary. We let the waitress know and politely asked her to seat us at a private table, which she did. There were plenty of empty tables so I didn’t think it would be a problem to ask. The atmosphere was just what we were looking for. The food was delicious. I regretfully have to give 2 stars for service. Even knowing it was our anniversary, we were given second rate attention compared to the other tables. One table had two coupes from California that she spent at least 10+ minutes chatting with after we asked for refills. Our drinks had been empty for a good while and my husband had to wait over 15 minutes for his first drink, maybe longer for the second drink. It also took quite a while to get our food. We ordered the beef hot plate (not much meat but so flavorful and tender), the Thriller sushi (best sushi I’ve ever had), Spider Maki, coconut crab soup, and mango crab rangoons (this is a must have! So flavorful and delicious!)
Overall, we would probably give this place another try at some point. Even though service was highly lacking, we made the best of our time together anyway… but only left a 10% tip. Even that was hard to do.

The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, and the food is delicious. For guests who prefer not to eat raw ingredients, there are thoughtfully prepared fully-cooked sushi roll options, which are not only considerate but also very tasty.
The service staff seemed a bit busy, so it took a moment to get their attention, but they were very polite and accommodating. I had a sudden craving for plain rice, so I asked if they could bring me some. I later realized they don’t usually fulfill this type of request because they brought me a bowl of sushi rice
