Been going to this restaurant bar and grill for 20 plus years, in our city of Buena Park California. Very nice people who run Kenos, are very hospitable and all of the management and waiters are always excellent on taking care of you. Also, their chefs and Cooks are excellent in preparing the food, and if it isn’t done well or there’s a problem, they will definitely correct it. But we’ve never run into that problem with food. It’s always as the way you want it cooked and delicious. There is a family restaurant in front of the bar area, so if you have your family with you, there’s plenty of room booths and tables in the front part of the restaurant. Restaurant. Definitely recommend Kenos, Not only for food and atmosphere, you can play Keno and other gambling-type games while in the restaurant.

Stopped in for some appetizers and cocktails with friends. Sat in the bar. Placed our drink and food orders no problem. Neither the bar or the restaurant were busy. The two ice teas got to us in record time.. food order arrived, still waiting on 2 more drinks. 1 beer and 1 amaretto sour. Can’t find our waitress it’s been about 10 minutes now. Asked a servers assistant to find our server. She finally got back to our table to explain that they were out of Amaretto and they were trying to find something close so they could make my drink…. Something else?? If you don’t have Amaretto you can t make the drink. Why waste 15minutes looking for something to fake a drink with. Just tell me you don’t have it and I’ll change my drink order, which is what I did. Captain Morgan and 7up. I don’t know what they did but that drink was barely drinkable. It was capt. Morgan but I doubt there was any 7up in it. We finally got the last 2 drinks. We never saw our server again until we sent the same servers assistant to find her. We had wanted more drinks but didn’t want to risk the wait time again as we had plans to be somewhere else. Over all very disappointed with the service and quality control.

There are not enough stars to rate this restaurant. Through out my 41 year life I have definitely had my share of restaurants; and this place demonstrated the finest, best, friendliest customer service I have ever witnessed. In addition to that the place was well kept for its age and the food tasted absolutely delicious. Thank you so much Kenos! The saddest part of this restaurant is that it and the staff only reside in California; and I sadly don’t live there.

Food was cold. Denver omelet taste as if the ham wasn’t cooked and added at the end. It was cold and lacked real flavor.
Belgium waffle came with fresh strawberries after it was ordered with the preserves.
It’s perfect for the seniors who visit the place.

We love the breakfasts here. Great pancakes! Also the best tortilla soup ever. Big shout out to Harry the owner last night. He really reached out to help me with my walking disability. I consider him to be a friend now. Thanks. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner yesterday it was delicious.

We wanted to try this place out because my friend saw an ad that made it look good!! Sadly that wasn’t the case. The place looks like a cheap dive bar/cafe. It felt old and dark. The service was super slow. But when the waitress finally did get to us the first time she explained that she was the only one there to wait the tables because usually it’s not that busy. Each time she came to us it was a good wait. She was really nice and we felt bad for her. She is the only reason the service got 3 stars. The drinks were horrible! The food was awful! I wish we had gone with my first thought….I thought we should leave before ordering because she was already so busy. But we stayed and waited it out. Turns out not only was the food not tasty, but it also made us sick. The next day we spent the day in the bathroom. Food poisoning….ugh!!!!! I usually give places more then one try, but, No I would not recommend this place. Do yourself a favor and try another place.

Now, the staff at Keno’s truly impressed me. From the moment I sat down, the bartender promptly took care of me within just two minutes. Their attentiveness and friendliness added to the overall positive experience.
Speaking of food, I opted for the classic BLT with fries during my visit. While it was delicious, I must admit that the tomatoes could have been a tad riper. Nonetheless, the menu at Keno’s offers a wide variety of dishes at reasonable prices, and it has that comforting diner food vibe.
When it comes to beverages, Keno’s offers a decent selection of mostly mainstream beers on tap. While there might be a couple of craft beer options available, I wouldn’t necessarily consider it a craft beer bar. After watching a movie at the krikorian theater, my family was famished and I know I could trust on Keno’s to satisfy our need for food.
