Stopped by Kenny’s Kitchen in the Tikahtnu Commons area and was really impressed. Service was quick, friendly, and efficient, and the food came out fresh and *hot*, always a win.
The portions are absolutely HUGE. Like, easily split-a-meal huge… or plan-on-leftovers-for-later huge. You definitely get your money’s worth here.
Everything tasted freshly made and hearty, the kind of food that leaves you full and happy. If you’re looking for generous portions, fast service, and comfort food done right, Kenny’s Kitchen is a great option.

The food here has always been tasty and the portions are decent size. The bbq pork has a light and savory sauce that they add to the dish. It kept the meat moist as well as adding a delicious twist to the dish. We got chicken fried rice and General Tsao chicken. Both were flavordul dishes I would order again.
When finkshed eating we had enough to combine the General Tsao to the rest of my chicken fried rice creating another sweet and savory dish to eat at home!
The staff are really friendly and are consistently looking to be of further service. If you’re looking for super-tasty Chinese food after a movie or some shopping, swing in and try them out.

Good Chinese food. Served and tasted fresh. General Tso’s came crunchy. No artificial tastes like you get in panda or other Chinese restaurants.
Is this knock your socks off Chinese? I don’t think so. It’s regular Chinese cooked well and deserves the 5 star because of quality.

Great place near JBER that delivers on base, and kept their military discount even through the pandemic.
I like the roast duck here a lot. Food can be spicier than you might expect. Had lo mein which was fairly spicy, which I wasn’t expecting. Tasted good though.
This place is also responsible for saving tofu for me. I’m generally pretty anti-vegetarian food due to some things that happened in my past. But the mapo tofu is one of the best things I’ve eaten, and I almost always order it. It’s not actually vegetarian of course, since the dish contains pork. But the braised tofu is great too. I generally hate tofu and I’ll preferentially order it here because it’s so good.
Good service, pretty low key atmosphere. We have eaten from Kenny’s many times and never had a bad experience.

Great little Chinese place near JBER base! Offers military discount. They have an excellent take out lunch special with a hot to go bar. Highly recommend this place. Small dining area for sitting to eat and drinks to go to. Workers are always friendly and eager to help!

Amazing and delicious dumplings and sauce! This is definitely a scrumptious local Chinese comfort food take-away restaurant. So much better than the corporate Panda Express. Yum! The dumplings were the best and I would go back for them but the rest was standard fast food Chinese fare.

It started with ordering food, getting a military discount and paid $3 more than listed price. Guess they charge a little extra for military. I took about a six bites, I think the kid could tell I wasn’t happy. It was disgusting, beyond terrible! So I’m down $25, have an upset and half empty stomach. You’ve been warned, save your money.

So I wasn’t happy with the fried rice or my entree the first time I ordered but decided today to give it another chance. Unfortunately same experience again. The fried rice is nothing but white rice with an excessive amount of soy sauce, no egg, no onion, nothing but soy sauce and white rice. The sesame chicken had little sesame seeds at all. I called and explained my disappointment for the 2nd time and the owner said that if I wanted extra sesame seeds it would cost extra and that the fried rice is made fresh daily and has egg in it. Offered to figure out how to credit my card $2.00. Will never eat there again or recommend Kenny’s Kitchen to anyone ever.

Honestly so good we have had Chinese food all over (except for China) and this place would rate 2nd only to our home favorite place.
So all in all number 1 restaurant unless your on Medina, Ohio!
