Extremely overpriced for the quality. The burger was a 6/10 at best and absolutely not worth $14.99. The fries were the biggest disappointment we ordered both regular and truffle fries and both were clearly stale. We paid $6 each for fries that tasted old and inedible.
To make matters worse, the people leaving before us actually warned another group not to order the fries because they’re stale which confirmed we weren’t the only ones experiencing this.
The only reasonably priced item was the kids’ meal at $7, which included a drink and a custom sundae. However, even then, my son didn’t eat the fries either.
This ended up being a $20+ meal for very mediocre food. The server was nice and attentive, but good service can’t make up for poor food quality and pricing. I would not recommend this place and will not be returning.

Came here for dinner again and the burgers still deliver! Brisket burger is worth trying! The onion rings crunches with every bite. Yummo! But the breaded pickle spears with the ranch dip was the bomb. I know, i came here for burgers but found something else as the highlight but it’s really good for in between bites and the portion was huge. If youre ordering the Big Kahuna burger, beware! The menu doesnt state it comes with 3 giant patties and it’s gonna be too much if youre not hungry

I live Kennys burgers!!! Best burgers hands down. You’re going to pay for it but sometimes a great burger is just worth it & Kenny’s is!!! We moved to San Antonio & i came to the Dallas area & i called my husband to brag that my daughter, grandson, & I were eating here. have yet to disappointed on the food, the customer service has slacked a couple of times but it is what it is nowadays.
You have to try the French fries or tater tots & get the truffle sauce for dipping. Yummmm!!!
The big kahuna is BIG. My varsity offensive line grandson gets this most of the time.

Kenny’s Burger Joint is easily one of my top go-to spots for amazing burgers. The quality of both the food and service has been consistently outstanding through every visit.
I’ve had the Jucy Luicy, Black & Blue, Patty Melt, Kenny’s Steak Bomb, and Truffle Parmesan Fries, and each one has been spot-on delicious. The burgers are always cooked to juicy perfection and paired with fresh, crisp vegetables that really bring everything together.
What really drives it home is the value. I recently spent the same amount here on two burgers and truffle fries as I did for two cheeseburgers and fries at a fast-food place (rhymes with “Jive Guise”), and the difference was night and day. Kenny’s absolutely blows away other burger places in both flavor and service.

So…I had an interesting experience where I’d organized a Meet n Greet of about 12 of us women. Strangely , a couple of the ladies ended up in another Kenny’s closeby and a number of the others were a no-show. Three of the women texted me a bit earlier saying they couldn’t make it. Long story was … I had a nice lunch with myself!!
The young lady who waited on my table was the sweetest person.

We visited Kenny’s Burger Joint for the first time and were blown away! The food was amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. Kay took such great care of us. She was kind, welcoming, and super attentive. Her service truly elevated the whole experience. Can’t wait to come back!

We had an amazing experience at Kenny’s Burger Joint – Plano! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The Smoked Brisket Melt was full of flavor and perfectly cooked, and the SW Burger was juicy and fresh. The onion rings were crispy and not greasy at all, and the truffle fries were seasoned perfectly. Even the Pear-tini was fantastic!
The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, and the quality of the food really stood out.
A special shoutout to our server, Blake — he was professional, friendly, and very attentive. He made sure we had everything we needed and provided great service from start to finish.

Excellent burger place. They can pretty much make any burger vegetarian by replacing the patty with a vegetarian one.
But their appetizers that are fried are all done in beef lad. Very glad to know this from the waitress that attended our table.
Excellent service and our waitress, Sophia,was really good once she understood our vegetarian/vegan requirements. She suggested things and told us what we can and can’t have. Very much thankful to Sophia.

Our server Marina was the saving grace to our 2nd visit to Kenny’s. I have to applaud management for hiring a great staff. Our first visit was amazing. That’s why we came back. I ordered the steak hoagie. I gathered the chef had an off day and was heavy with the salt. The sandwich was not eatable. I told Marina who apologized and had a new order placed. This type of professionalism speaks volumes to me. She took ownership as a team player not shifting the blame. Management should definitely recognize how Marina went above and beyond to make it right with the customer. She was kind to provide a gift card so we can come back again. We will certainly give Kenny’s another try.

love to have the recipe for the dip that they gave us to dip them in, the hamburgers were Hugh also and delicious. We could only eat half the burgers, brought the other half home. I will be going back soon. The portions were hugh and more then enough, it was their 20th anniversary and at one table had something gold in the napkins and you would get your food free. The others at the same table got to put their names in a bowl and they would pick a name and they would win $500.00.
