This is hands down the absolute best hot chicken in town! I’ve never had a single thing here that wasn’t perfect. The chicken is cooked to perfection — juicy, tender, and coated in the most insanely crunchy, flavorful crust you could imagine.
Choosing between the wings and tenders is basically impossible because both are next-level amazing. The place is tiny with only one table, so always get it to go — but trust me, it’s worth it.

Loved this place! The name is a clever play on KFC, but they’re not joking when it comes to the chicken. I ordered a nine-piece wing basket for carryout on a recent Saturday night and went with Suicide—their hottest option. The lightly breaded wings were cooked through, fresh, and full of flavor. They brought the heat without sacrificing taste. The crinkle-cut fries and side of ranch were great accompaniments.
I’ll definitely be back. The place was super clean, and the service was timely and friendly. What a great little spot!

Best fried chicken!! We love Kennedy’s and will continue to come here for fried chicken. It’s so crispy and juicy, with a better flavor profile than KFC. Service was great as well.

What a hidden gem. First impression was how clean and presentable this place was. We ordered chicken tenders, fries, and a chicken sandwich. The breading is so crispy and flavorful and the chicken was juicy and delicious. The fries were seasoned perfectly. There was nothing disappointing about this place. The service was fast and the prices are hard to believe for what you get. I can tell that the oil is clean and the sauces are handmade (be careful with the hot!) With this place open, I can never bring myself to go to the KFC across the street ever again.

This is the REAL K.F.C!!! Absolutely hands down, no questions asked, the BEST chicken and shrimp you will have in Nashville. I literally had to give the owner a high five after trying his food. The lemon pepper seasoning is insanely delicious and the sweet heat honey can go up against any fried chicken place in Nashville. If you love in the Nashville you’d have to be crazy not to try this place.

Absolutely delicious. Fresh and made to order. I got one spicy (which is a dry spice) and one regular. Prices are extremely fair and food portions are large. There is only one table so it’s mostly for takeout but I am very happy to have high quality tenders close to home. The service was fast and very friendly. The only small change I would make is better ranch.

I finally found this place. I wanted to try it after reading reviews and wanting some fried chicken. The parking lot is small where the establishment is located so be patient if you want to try this place. I was greeted with friendly hello. Shortly after, who I believe may be the owner noticed the last customer forgot something on the counter, in a nick of time he caught the customer before they pulled off. Once he returned he apologized and proceeded to help me choose something good. I chose the fried catfish, spicy with rice & beans combo.
Well the spicy seasoned catfish was worth the 10min wait. It looked & tasted delicious.
