The guy Jerry or Jared (kept changing his name ) has the worst customer service

Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a pizza restaurant in recent memory. Ordered a personalized triple pep pizza. Waited half an hour and no one said anything. No order called out. When I went to follow up I was informed that the guy who made the pizza had put in a plain cheese pizza and forgot to add any pepperoni. Staff then told me they had put in a new pizza and it would be out in “a few minutes.” Ended up waiting another 15-20 mins.
When I asked for a water cup, the cashier informed me there were none. Probably just didn’t feel like handing any out.
Food is fine but the place seems to be staffed entirely by teenage kids. Avoid at all costs.

Based on the photos, I was really hoping the pizza crust was thin and crispy. Mine was not. It was thick and doughy. I ordered a skinny crust and veggies pizza along w a vegan Cobb salad. Salad was hearty and delicious! The pizza was meh. It didn’t help that my order was delayed due to some confusion.
Was told it would take about 15 minutes. Ended up being over 30+ minutes.
I was trying to avoid traffic and to make a meeting. So the delay was slightly annoying. I’m not impressed w the pizza at all. My search for thin and airy pizza crust continues.

Food was great! But the employees working there are disrespectful. I wanted to order food the employee was on his phone not attending to my order. Then he takes my order and wouldn’t take my cash and wanted to take payment from my wife which was weird. Then my food get ready and he doesn’t call me as j was waiting in the restaurant , this was very rude. Next, the didn’t give me sauce and said I walked away from them.

For my first Fresh brothers experience, I am over the moon with the staff here at Calabasas Fresh Brothers Pizza!!! The girl in the pic holding my salad out(wish I could remember her name) was AMAZING!!! Not only did she suggest the most delicious salad I’ve ever eaten. She also served it with a smile. Then… When I was almost finished, I motioned to her that I wanted another! Without having to get up from my table(there were people standing over me waiting to take my seat) she had another one made and I was able to enjoy the second one with my wife when she walked in. Finally, I had the chance to meet the manager(Jim) that was literally walking around, greeting everyone and clearing tables like a true leader!!! His personality was the cherry on the top!!! You sure have the right people taking care of this location!!!

Used to be my favorite pizza, one time a week at least an x-large “da works”, not only would I recommend it to everyone but I’d debate people on fresh bros being the best pizza you can regularly get; quality and relative price. There’s been a negative change to both their quality, (I’ve given it multiple times now as well as had others tell me the same), and the price has consistently gone up this year at the same time. The additional slap to the face is that they’ve been skimping on pepperoni like it’s gold. I’ve showed management pictures and they’ve admitted it but each time is the same thing. So I went and did some research… they’ve been bought out since November 2024. I’m so damn disappointed i haven’t had pizza in like 3 months. Bro why?! The formula was fantastic before…always ruin everything when they get bought out

I ate here for lunch and ordered the $9.99 lunch special which was a cheese pizza, Cesar salad and either soda or another drink which was Sweetened Tea. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. Food was good and tasty too.

Pizza was great, I liked the charred pepperoni! A fav of mine ♥️ I dropped by while staying in Calabasas as it was super close to my hotel. Service was quick, friendly, and they got everything right, as well as making sure I received dinnerware. I actually travel with my own My salad was also great, nice ceasar dressing. Location is super central, right in the middle of shopping and nightlife in The Commons. Thanks for a great experience on my road trip to California
