Kennardo’s Kitchen is the Best! The food is very tasty and healthy. The prices are very affordable. “I love the Jerk Ribs…my fave” I haven’t had anything that I just didn’t like. He’s professional, very clean and “not to bad on the eyes ” The meals are very cost effective. You should definitely give his meals a try. He doesn’t disappoint. Kennardo’s Kitchen has changed our lives! With two young children and both of us having full time jobs it is so amazing not to have to meal prep! The food Kennardo makes is incredible. We have not had a meal from him we didn’t like! The fish is always amazing but we also love the steak, leansagna, ribs, chicken, meatballs and so many other meals! I can not say enough good things about this incredible service! Give it a try and you won’t regret it!!

We used Kennardo’s Kitchen’s catering option for a recent event of about 100 people and it was FANTASTIC! We had 5 delicious dinner app options along with a beautiful charcuterie display and yummy desserts! Set up was easy, and our food was ready at the time we wanted for our guests to enjoy. This is the second event that I’ve been able to taste such yummy treats and highly recommend for large events! Thank you for making it a wonderful addition to our event Kennardo!

Kennardo goes above a beyond what any meal prep company does. His meals are gourmet, fresh, affordable and delivered to me every week. I always thought meal prepping was out of budget for me or that the meals were not good enough for what these companies ask. I may have a problem but I’ve learned with Kennardo that I am saving hundreds of dollars PER WEEK by purchasing meals with Kennardo…and they are delicious!! He mixes it up and keeps me happily fed while feeling good about the food I am putting in my body. Highly recommended. 10/10.

Kennardo’s Kitchen fixed all of that! Kennardo is a Master Chef. His food is flavorful, diverse and fun. He customizes the menu and caters to his clients individually.
As a busy professional, business owner, and fitness enthusiast, there’s nothing more satisfying than walking into my office on Monday morning with all of my meals ready for the week. I don’t have to guess my next meal. As a fitness competitor, he’s able to get my meals exactly as I need them – down to the ounces.
I’ve saved so much timeee and money and guesswork using Kennardo’s Kitchen.
It’s because of him that I get to actually make it to a competition stage.

I started ordering about a month ago and cannot say enough good things about the quality and AMAZING taste in each and every meal. Everything is so good I can’t really pick a favorite but if I had to pick one it’s the Turkey lasagna. I think the start of being healthy is treating yourself well and being selective with what you eat. Each meal is well balanced and healthy. I’ve never had braised purple cabbage before but it is amazing and so good for you. I promise you will not be disappointed and every meal is a reasonably priced for what you get. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been ordering from Kennardo for 8 weeks and counting and OMG!!! I look forward to every Thursday to get the new menu to see what deliciousness he has in store for the week. He prepares creative, amazing dishes, and his meal selections are NEVER Boring!!! His meals are balanced with proteins, carbs, and vegetables, and clearly labeled with macro counts. Oh, and the food is FLAVORFUL AF!!! The meat is so tender that it literally FALLS OFF THE BONE!! The meals lasts for up to 20 days, reheat well even from frozen, and he is sensitive to your dietary restrictions. He’s very professional and highly responsive, AND HE DELIVERS TO YOUR HOUSE!!! With Kennardo’s Kitchen as a part of my diet and fitness regimen, I’ve lost 15lbs since I’ve started ordering from him. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
