Visited Kelseys and had a wonderful experience, mainly because of our server Pranav. He was incredibly sweet, attentive, and professional, always checking in at the right moments and making sure we were comfortable. His positive attitude and constant smile honestly made the whole visit better.
Pranav was knowledgeable about the menu, quick with our orders, and very patient, which we really appreciated. It’s rare to come across service that feels this natural and welcoming.
We had beer, chicken flat bread and wings, which were delicious, and the pricing was very reasonable. Great food, great value, and outstanding service—especially from Pranav We’ll definitely be back.

Ramona was our server tonight and she was fantastic. Fast to great us, get our orders and bringing the food out. We have been here many times and staff is always very friendly and provide wonderful food and service. Best Location! I recommend the Spinach Dip with any meal!

Both my partner and I really enjoyed our meals. My steak dinner was done to perfection. His wings were great. Our waitress (Jenn) was fantastic with the service. Even with it being packed in the restaurant she still was very attentive to our needs and asking how everything is. My fav restaurant at the moment.

Service is great and food is pretty good. Prices aren’t bad either. I recommend the half price wings/bites on Thursdays! There is plenty of space inside and it’s comfy! This location is great – I definitely prefer it over the other ones!
The Nashville hot chicken sandwich was surprisingly good for a chain restaurant! I would get it again. It’s obviously not HOT but it’s still flavourful and crunchy!

As a local who grew up in Georgetown I didn’t often come here however I stopped in with a friend on a recent hometown visit and was pleasantly surprised. The place was packed creating for a fun vibe during the Saturday night hockey games. Our server Ryan was friendly and attentive. Thanks for a good night out!

You can tell right away that she genuinely cares about her guests — not just doing her job, but actually making sure everyone feels comfortable, looked after, and happy. Very Disappointed.
Kelseys has been like a no miss restaurant for me in the past but this experience was well below average, first time I been at this location.
Little one was craving chicken fingers/tenders and fries so thought we should go here, big mistake. Check out the pictures. The fries are very oily. I am no chef but I think I know enough to determine that the oil was not hot enough when the fries were put in. Not sure what the chef was thinking serving this to my little one. I told the server and got fries again, they were a little better (on top) and there were oily fries at the bottom. chicken pieces were super thin as you can see in the pictures. We have ordered this before and the chicken was not like this. Are you trying to save a buck here?
We also got Cajun Fried Shrimps, they were just OK, they could have been better, again the frying was the the issue. they were very hard. I usually do not complain but this time I had to.
Not that this makes it any better the server brought us a free dessert.
