My New Year’s dinner was excellent. It was so tasty that my mouth watered all the way until I went to bed that night. What a wonderful meal you must try the turkey chops. Excellent with Black Eyed Peas collard greens and candied yams. The service and the environment was fantastic. I highly recommend you coming to Kelsey, and Kim’s Restaurant on the 7th floor of the Flagship Hotel.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant, and we were pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly and attentive, service was fast, and the prices were great.I had the BBQ wings (7 for $11.99) and BBQ ribs with two sides ($34.99), while my wife had the catfish and shrimp combo with two sides. Everything was delicious, but I have to say the BBQ wings were my favorite! The ribs were big and meaty — I just wish they had that charcoal or smoked flavor.Our total was $84.20 for the food and $31.34 for drinks. Overall, a great experience and we’ll definitely be back!

Food is good but service is bad. Waited a long time for food. The bacon was hard as a rock. I asked for soft bacon. Asked for a refill of coffee and they never came back to table.

First time here and everything was AMAZING! Very flavorful. My husband is a picky eater and doesn’t have any complaints. Our server Noel was very attentive and friendly. The bartender Winston saw how unsure we were about the drinks and he crafted up some great drinks. Great service great food definitely coming and definitely recommend!!!!

My wife and I travel all the way from Philly just to try out the new location. We always go to the main one but wanted to see the views and see if the food was consistent with other locations. This place never misses 10/10 every time. They were very good at explaining the new items because we haven’t been in over 2 yrs to the other locations. Make sure you bring your card because they don’t take cash there for the food but only for the drinks. I would recommend going before happy hour if you want to experience it and not feel rushed because I know they are very popular and get crowded and there is a 90 min time frame on you if they are crowded but over all this place is the best place in town. The prices were great and the food and service was amazing. Wish we didn’t have to drive 1 to get there food but if this place was in Philly our backs would be bigger than they already are lol. 5 stars all day for this place. Consistent and black owned is something we should applaud. Sorry no photos we were so hungry we just went in on the food by time we looked up the food was gone. lol

The food was absolutely amazing, the best my family and I had in Atlantic City. My husband didn’t talk the entire time he was eating that was a good sign. My plans dining here were to show my children a black own restaurant that exudes excellence. Kelsey & Kim’s y did not disappoint. The chicken reminds me of my Nana’s chicken. My daughter devoured it. We definitely will be back.

For $27 (plus tip), we got one entrée that included 4 wings, a side of mac & cheese, collard greens, and a soda. The atmosphere, views, and staff were a 10/10. I tried collard greens for my first time ever here, and they were so good I couldn’t stop eating them! The mac & cheese wasn’t bad, and the wings were hot and crispy. We really enjoyed both the food and the service.
