The best and cleanest Chipotle location I’ve found. I don’t go frequently but I’ve used their restroom when dining next door and it was super clean. From viewing the restaurant while using the restroom, that’s what prompted me to come back on another day and give them a chance. I went at 5 PM and the ingredients were still fresh and the young lady serving me was very kind and answered my questions. I think they could’ve given a little bit more protein, but other than that, the burrito was delicious and well made.

Highly Disappointed.
I arrived around 6:39pm, and it seemed like they were closing early based on how things looked. The food line didn’t appear fresh, but I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, I was right to be concerned. The chicken in my bowl was old, dry, and cold. I asked if the meat was fresh, and the staff member said he didn’t know. After a pause, he shrugged and asked, “Do you want it or not?” Not exactly reassuring.
I went ahead and paid $13.21, hoping for the best, but once I got to the car and opened the foil, it looked like something half eaten. It’s looked completely unappetizing. I ended up throwing it away, still hungry and disappointed. It’s definitely not worth the money or the experience.

I promise, every time I come here, no matter the time of day either afternoon or evening the food is always cold especially anytime after five. It always looks like they’re closing down. The presentation doesn’t look appealing or fresh.

I eat at Chipotle at least 2 times a week. Normally a pleasant experience but not so much anymore with this location. The amount of chicken they put on the bowl was getting less and less and this last time was a joke. I noticed everyone getting small portions too. The one in Humble at 1960 and west lake Houston is consistently awesome but not the one on Richmond.

Over the last 4 months, this store has consistently been giving smaller and smaller portions. Today my bowl was 60% of what it had been for the last 6 years. The only things they give a full portion of are sour cream and salsa. The rice, beans, veggies, and protein are all reduced.

Went for lunch and the food was fresh and flavorful. The team was friendly and moved the line quickly even during a busy hour. The restaurant was clean, and the ingredients looked well stocked. Clerk never changed her gloves! Use same gloves to touch terminal and my food! Then when I informed her; she said I only tap the screen! Not the normal service I am use too! Normally someone else prepares food and someone else ring up customers! She probably never changes her gloves! Poor service

For the amount we pay, the quantity is unacceptable. I ordered a bowl, and every spoonful was barely 1/4 full—and even from that, half was dropped back before reaching the bowl. The result was a half-empty bowl sold at full price.
If you’re not willing to provide proper portions, why charge customers full price? Paying premium prices for visibly reduced quantities feels unfair and disappointing.

Love their burrito bowl. It’s light, delicious, and the large quantity makes two times meals from one bowl. You can choose a sour cream sauce on the side which would make the burrito bowl somewhat gravy. This restaurant has a big seating area and a lot of parking lots. It gets busy, but still, you will get a place to sit. The staff are very helpful to suggest you if you have any questions.
