Edit: Stopped back in after a few weeks and the service was much better. Didn’t mess up anything in our orders, got us out drinks right away, got our appetizer to the table before our entrees, checked in regularly with us, and got us our bill quickly when we were ready to leave. Much better.
We both ordered dinner entrees, and they were quite good. I got a stir fry, which was flavorful and well made. My wife ordered a pasta dish which tasted home made and high quality, if a little bland. Honestly could have used a kick off some sort in the sauce, but either way both meals were above average for a Cafe. Plan to visit again to try the breakfast.
Stopped in for lunch around 1pm on a Thursday the week this establishment opened. Ordered simple items, I got a philly sandwich and my buddy got Kelli’s burger. We both carefully consumed the meals and found them to be satisfactory. Above average for a small town cafe, size was decent, and taste was good. If anything, perhaps a bit bland, but totally normal for a cafe.
However, the main feedback I have is for service. The service was fast, and friendly. This is good. However, it was also somewhat sloppy. We ordered an appetizer that never arrived, and drinks that never arrived. The appetizer was not on the bill, so at least there was not an attempt to charge for it without delivering. However, the drinks never arrived, and we didn’t notice until we were finished eating, and they were on the bill.
I would chalk this up to training. The wait staff needs to focus on the essentials. Carefully take the order, and make sure you deliver exactly what is ordered. Nothing else matters if the people eating don’t get the food the want.
Will update this review soon after eating here again in the future. If the service improves and the food doesn’t decrease in quantity or quality this will be changed to a four-five star review.

First time eating at the restaurant!! Just amazing,the food is delicious, hot,fresh i had the ribeye steak wonderful flavor, the waitress Gabriel she was sweet,made sure our table of seven had everything we needed to enjoy our meal!! The pies omg there so yummy,I will keep coming back and I will brag about the food to everyone.lol

It was our first visit and we were pleased! The food was good. I liked the steak wrap (with avocado!) and my wife customized a French Dip. Our server was TERRIFIC! She was knowledgeable, creative, and quick-thinking.
Atmosphere was okay, the building doesn’t feel “restaurant-like”. Dining room is plain, separated from entrance and kitchen by a hallway.

Extreemly great costomer service. I come quite often weekly. The staff are always friendly. Lily specifically is a very freindly waitress. She’s a very engaging waitress and is very hospitable with her guests. Food is great though hashbrowns could be a little more crispy. But that’s my only complaint. Atmosphere of course is great, tables always clean, and i enjoy comming. Will continue to come. Their fish fry is one of the best in the area, number 2 best fish fry next to hill of beans. Overall a nice place to wind down after work.

Kelli’s Kitchen boasts a very large menu. There is something on there for everyone. Fountain soda’s were very large which was a nice surprise. We started off with an appetizer of mozzarella sticks with a side of marinara for dipping. Marinara appeared to be home made and had an amazing flavor. Our entree came with choice of soup or salad. We chose the chicken dumpling soup which was fabulous and loaded with dumplings. We had an attentive and friendly server. Food came out in a timely fashion and the meal was nicely paced. Chicken Alfredo and Chicken Carbonara were very tasty although I was surprised by the blush coloring on the carbonara. Highly recommend stopping by and giving it a try!

Difficult to carry on a conversation. Server not very attentive, had to stop another one just to get a refill and again for a few extra napkins. My food tasted great, husbands did not. Who wants a bland taco salad?
Place seems to want to be “trendy”, but misses the mark.

Just for the live of God don’t ask me if food is good while I have mouthful. Really liked the stake wrap. You had beef strips with gravy and mash potato. That was good and maybe bring it as menu option.

Very amazing service and very polite waitress the atmosphere was very well cleaned with very kind staff and very delicious food no complaints here would definitely go back here to eat again keep up the amazing work Kelli’s Cafe all of the hard working people here should give themselves a round of applause because all of you are very hard workers and I really appreciate you ❤️
