This place was giving a traditional diner, homemade feel. I ordered their famous chicken fried steak and eggs and hashbrowns and a biscuit with gravy. The chicken fried steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection. And it really is as big as the plate. I didn’t get a picture of the biscuit, but it is so big and fluffy; simply delectable! The eggs and hashbrowns were so fresh and delicious. My partner had the Country Breakfast with sausage, eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes. The pancakes are HUGE! But fluffy and delicious! Very filling but still needed a to go plate. Service is good here too! Staff is friendly and courteous. Definitely adding to my list of favorite places to dine!

We had ours delivered. The other 2 meals were fine. I ordered the club sandwich. NOT at all what I expected. Thick piece of ham steak and shredded turkey for the classic club. I learned my lesson. Stick with the food items you’ve had and enjoyed.

Had lunch with my dad and was greeted by hostess. She was very nice and told us to seat ourselves.
Angela was our waitress and she was just Awesome. Dad had breakfast, and I had chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes, spinach and fried okra. We also ordered fried pickles. The fried pickles were cut thin and tasted very good. The chicken fried steak was tender, not chewy. Angela brought all of our condiments without us saying a word. The glasses were never half empty and she was so friendly.
I highly recommend this location and ask for Angela, you won’t be disappointed.

Aunt Chita came in from the valley and Aunt Mary Jo and Uncle Gilbert came in from Cypress to see her and I had to bring them to Kelly’s. Fabiola was our server and what a great job she did!! Mom said the Monterrey chicken was so good! Of course we had leftovers and everyone got a piece of cake or pie to go!! Such good food, good company and good service equals a good time.
Thank you Fabiola we’ll be back!!

Brought mom for lunch. Service was excellent, very friendly. Recently updated interior with more comfortable chairs. The straight scoop is this. You will never leave a Kelly’s still hungry. The portions are generous to say the least. Breakfast is also very good but we stopped in for lunch. You can’t go wrong with chicken fried chicken or chicken fried steak. Carrots, mashed potatoes and maccaroni are on point and we left with apple cobbler to go. So good!! So satisfying and I promise you will not leave hungry. Daily specials all week are a great value. If you like fried green tomatoes you will love them here. Rolls and cornbread also hit the spot. Mom was so happy.
