We went to Keifuku for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday after a friend recommended it — and it was amazing! The place is super clean and cozy, and every dish we tried was delicious.

They serve a great variety of Japanese food — fresh sashimi, Nigiri sushi, rolls, tempura, and udon — all beautifully prepared. The server was really friendly and explained the dishes well. The food and service were amazing — we felt really cared for.
Definitely the best Japanese restaurant in Windsor!

I’ve already been back three more times within a month — the food and service are still amazing! Every visit has been a great experience.

I brought my son here for his nineteenth birthday tonight. All I had seen online was pictures of the food, and so I thought it was an upscale swanky place….. it wasn’t…but pleasant and clean. That’s where mediocre left off. Our server, most likely an owner, served us in an almost ceremonial fashion.. with such attention to detail and respect. Each dish was displayed and offered beautifully, with an attention to detail. It felt authentic and yet modern. Our beautiful server made our whole experience more memorable with so much attention to us… Taking pictures and then presenting us with a small, delicious piece of cheesecake at the end that we had not planned on. One of the most understated, yet memorabil evenings to help celebrate my beautiful boy. This is a gem of a place run by good people.

Since relocating from BC to Ontario, I’ve honestly felt a little lost when it comes to sushi. I hadn’t found a single place that tasted like home, and I’d pretty much given up hope.

Tonight, we randomly decided to try this place—and wow. Absolutely amazing. Impeccable service, unbelievable food, and flavors that instantly brought me back to every great sushi restaurant I loved back home in Vancouver.

I never realized sushi could differ so much by province, but this was the real deal. Bonus points for being the first place here I’ve found that serves Ebi Sunomono.

1000% recommend. ✨

Went to check out Keifuku with my partner after hearing many good things, and let me tell you this place did NOT disappoint! the fish was very high quality, their menu selection is great, the service was top notch, and the price was super reasonable! The waitress was very kind and attentive to us, and the food came out fast! They were also kind enough to offer us not one – but three additional items on the house!!

I have been looking for a good sushi place with premium quality fish in Windsor for so long, and I’m so glad we have Keifuku now. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough!

Really solid restaurant. It’s super close to my gf’s place, so we tend to come here when we want to eat out but don’t want to drive far. I always have trouble ordering because everything looks good!

We went to Keifuku tonight for a birthday dinner. We had a wonderful time. The service was excellent – our server was very friendly and attentive and the food came out very quickly. The food was delicious – we loved the agedashi tofu, the salmon and tuna don and the chicken katsu don. The fish was very fresh and the sushi rolls were very tasty as well. We will be heading back there for more meals!

One of the best restaurants in Windsor. The sushi is the best I’ve ever had, very fresh and flavourful. I highly recommend the Spider Roll and Mango Avocado Roll. The Kara-age Don is also a must-try, with crispy, tender chicken over rice that’s full of flavor. The menu offers a variety of authentic dishes you won’t find anywhere else locally, and the service is friendly and excellent. This quickly became one of our favorite spots, and we can’t wait to return!

Everything we ordered was delicious! Especially loved the miso tofu and okonomiyaki! I’ll definitely be ordering from here often! (More often if the prices weren’t so high on uber though wish it were closer to my house)

There are so many amazing things to say about Keifuku, but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible:

1. Went in for dinner on Wednesday at 7:30pm. Waitress greeted us IMMEDIATELY. Such a warm and welcoming smile. Instrumental music made for a comfortable environment, and lights on the ceiling looked like natural sunlight. Great ambiance.

2. Waitress gave us cold water with no ice, and a fresh cucumber inside. SUPER hydrating and delicious.

3. The waitress could tell it was our first time, and we were taking FOREVER to order. The menu has so much variety. So she gave us an edamame appetizer ON THE HOUSE. Perfectly salted, cold, just enough to keep us satisfied while we decide to order.

4. We finally ordered after our waitress clearly explained some of the menu items for us. She was very detailed and patient. She also repeated our order back, which a lot of servers don’t normally do.

5. There were 3 of us, and we each ordered some type of appetizer and two mains. All of the food came out one after the other in PERFECT ORDER and timing. It was spaced out evenly, enough to digest the meal before.

6. Waitress CONSTANTLY (but not overbearingly) asked us if everything was tasting good, and if we needed anything else. She would refill our water pitcher without us having to ask. And she constantly cleared our plates, making sure our table was never crowded.

7. Food was SO FRESH, BEAUTIFULLY plated, and you could tell that every ingredient was carefully chosen to complement each other and create a perfectly harmonized orchestra in your mouth! Every bite has the “Mmmmmmmm” factor! Waitress even took her time to explain how a delicious Ponzu dressing was house made with freshly squeezed lemons!

8. Toward the end of our last entree, our waitress came back again with spinach salads ON THE HOUSE. It’s like she knew that this is exactly what we needed. It was a cold salad with a home made lemony dressing. Cleansed my palate perfectly.

9. My brother ordered dessert for the table, and the waitress cut the dessert into three pieces without us asking. They were so evenly cut as well. Such a great way to end the meal. Perfect amount of sweetness. Ice cream “cone” was yummy!

10. After we paid for the meal, waitress asked what our favourite part was. She wouldn’t stop smiling, and her and the chef both waived us good bye. (She also brought out FROZEN GRAPES on the house. Another palate cleanser after the dessert! Very sweet, and yummy!)

Just so everyone knows, every time I leave a review on Google, I am NEVER asked to leave one. If I’m asked to leave one, I usually don’t. And when I leave one, it’s because I really didn’t like, or I liked the place. I LOVED this place and had to let everyone know!

Please support your local small business! Some people may consider turning away because of the prices, but I think the prices are PERFECTLY reasonable for the quality of the food (freshest fish I’ve had), and the impeccable service! Definitely worth it in my opinion. I would go back once a week to try something new each time!

They also have a ton of vegetarian friendly options! I got one order of veggie gyoza, tofu teriyaki, miso soup, a full roll, a scallop thing, and seared tuna (PLUS 3 FREE SIDE DISHES ON THE HOUSE). $84 after tax. Was completely full and very satisfied after!

100/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
