The waitress was about the most courteous and kind person I’ve ever seen. Was incredibly patient with 5 year old trying to order 20 different things. Made her a special Christmas tree pancake without being asked to and even brought extra sausage out for her. The omelets were wonderful and both kids absolutely ate everything on there plates. Would go back very regularly if it were near home. Will go out of my way to return again one day though.

Wish there were more diners like these where i lived. Ambience was so calm and cozy, food was simple but hearty and Fresh! Server and cook were friendly and sweet, wanted to give them a hug before we left. Was a bit out of the way from where we were staying, but I’d definitely come back during our next visit!

Great dinner in Chaplin. They may be the only one, but don’t drive past it. Make it the destination! The folks there a very friendly. The menu is straight country home cooking. True country atmosphere.
