I don’t like giving bad reviews, but…
Waited over an hour for food. They even gave food to 4 other customers that were in line 15 minutes after we placed our order. A burger and salad was ordered. The food was ok, not fond of the burger.
I saw one individual walk away; I assume they were past their lunch break. No food and out ~$15+.
I recommend observing the crowd around the food truck; if there’s a lot of people waiting…. It’s going to take a long long long time.
Forget asking for something minorly different, they can’t handle it.

First time trying this truck today and my burger was FANTASTIC! It was not only huge but cooked perfect! Price for burger and fries that size and quality was an awesome perk as well. Fries were seasoned perfect with a mild Cajun spice! Hope they come to my work complex more often!

His place is amazing! We get the Kcafe burgers every Friday at the foodtruck. The wait time is long but it’s WELL worth it. Best burger I’ve ever had. The ketchup is runnier and sweet. Garlic Mayo, enough said. Delicious avocado mash and fried egg on top! Seasoned so well! Regular customer here!!!

It doesn’t look like much but the food is incredible. I would describe the menu as Asian American fusion. Creative burger and sandwich blending classic American and Asian food such as kimchi. They also have amazing fries. Staff is incredibly friendly. It’s quiet and peaceful in there but sparse and oddly decorated. But who cares when the food is amazing.

Her Gangnum Burger (#2 on the menu), Either from this restaurant location, or the Food Truck are amazing! Best burger in Buffalo, and I can definitely endorse that!

One of the most criminally underrated restaurants in Buffalo. Fries and burgers are unique and delicious. Also served with a home made ketchup and spicy mayo. If you are out looking for an outstanding burger place then look no further.
