This is a small place. A bar and a few tables inside. It offered a patio with heaters outside. Parking is on the street. Once inside the service was attentive and they happily answered any questions my kids had, even with the serious vibe the restaurant servers carried. The chicken and ribeye shawarma was good and flavorful. The blackened grouper was fantastic! The angus bowl was also very good. They served spicy sauce with it which was a bit spicy but added good flavor. The zucchini wrap was great! Pita with hummus appetizer is a must have! If you’re in the area, I’d definitely stop in.

Decided to stop in Crystal River while passing through and just stumbled upon this perfect little hideaway. Heather was an amazing server and recommended the perfect wine for my friend – who bought the bottle! I ordered the Greek salad with Salmon. Perfectly cooked. Large portions, we both took a to go box. My friend got the Ahi tuna with O Rings. They had a Jazz band setting up on the back patio. Will definitely return. A must visit!

Found this cute little place by accident, and so glad we did! KC Wine Bistro is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was cozy, welcoming, and charming. The service was truly spectacular—attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home.
We both ordered burgers, and they were cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The Greek salad was amazing as well—fresh, crisp, and full of flavor. You can really tell quality and attention to detail matter here.
Between the food, the atmosphere, and the outstanding service, this place checks all the boxes. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience in Crystal River!

Awesome place!!! Lived here for years and have just missed out on KC Wine Bar & Coffee. I feel like a fool. First time here was great. Came for lunch and came back the next day for dinner! Food was excellent and the staff and service was great. If they have the Unicorn Fish GET IT!!! Sooo Good! Will be back!

If you’re in or around crystal river and want a classy, yet relaxed place to drink, dine & have a good time this is it! Seriously, this place is amazing. Great selection of wines & beers. The menu had a bit of everything which made it hard to choose a dish.
My husband ordered their gyro & I had the classic grilled chicken sandwich. We both had the fresh cut wedge fries too. We were both super impressed with the freshness & quality of our meals as every dish is made to order. We were seated and served quickly as well.
We’re looking forward to coming back to try a few different dishes. Highly recommend!!!

KC Wine Bar is a fantastic spot with an impressive, large menu and an outstanding wine selection. We tried the sesame-crusted ahi tuna served with cucumbers, which was absolutely delicious, the prime rib sandwich, and finished with the dessert lumpia—such a perfect ending to the meal. We also enjoyed several glasses of wine, all of which were excellent.
This was a wonderful place to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The owner was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, which made the experience feel even more special. Great food, great wine, and great atmosphere—we’ll definitely be back!

Outstanding! We read it was a hidden gem and that’s the truth. Atmosphere is small, cozy and beautifully decorated. The owner bartends and runs the restaurant and was very attentive and makes a great margarita! His wife is the hidden gem…..not a chef by trade but the food was fantastic! Cooked perfectly and plated as if it belongs in a magazine! Don’t shy away from trying her unique flavors like the olive salad dressing and the spicy soy! And you can’t beat the price. Appetizer, 2 large margaritas, 2 full dinners which each included a salad, and dessert…..$100! Unheard of nowadays. If you’re ever in/near Crystal River, FL, worth stopping in❤️

We were looking for a quieter spot for dinner than the pub/sportsbars nearby and chose the perfect place. Great host/bartender/owner looked after us the whole evening with suggestions on local beers and details on menu options. The aioli dip was the best we have tasted and the main course was similarly excellent. My wife loved the Atlantic Haddock whilst my surf and turf was perfect and left no room for dessert. I highly recommend checking out this family run bistro.

What an amazing place. I have eaten at many good restaurants and bars in the US, Europe, Canada, Mexico, and Caribbean, but the food at KC Wine Bistro is now at the top of my list. I ordered the lumpia appetizer, Greek Salad, and Cod. My mouth was bursting with flavor but the tuna ordered by my friend, blacken or toasted sesame but she ordered both flavors, was so flavorful and fresh, my taste buds were bursting with happiness. My Cod was delicious as well and the Greek Salad was very fresh and the fact that it did not come with lettuce was a bonus. The lumpia appetizer was also very flavorful and the dipping sauces added more depth. The wine suggested, and I personally like red, was really good and it is served by the glass – a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend KC Wine Bistro. I did go at lunch time. Enjoy!

What an awesome place for a good meal and some wine. We sat at the bar and were a bit intrigued by there not being a wine menu. But we explained our tastes in wines and the bartender would pick a wine based on what he thought we would like and his choices were excellent. The food was delicious and everything was well priced. We had no idea what to expect with the bill being that no wine menu exists but the prices were very reasonable. It was great to talk to the owners as well and get to know the story of the place. The only thing we did not like was the terrible live music. Could have done without that.
