Finally a good sushi place that’s on our side of town! This place was fabulous! Staff was attentive & knowledgeable. Drinks were good. They even turned the baseball game on for us!!

We went for the Sunday special. The sushi rolls and the gyozoa were very good. The only bad part was the weird red light above our table, made the food look weird but when we used the flash on our phones it looked good.

Oh my god.
New favorite.
You HAVE to come in to see what I mean.
UPDATE:
Since we loved the place so much, we went back to try out the Hibachi side of things. I want desperately to change my review to 3 stars, but I’m not going to… the done in portion of the place is phenomenal, and I don’t want people to pass the place up for the Hibachi botch job.
The guy who made the food, was great. The food was great.
The servers…. clueless. 35 minutes for coffee, I’m guessing they forgot.
The Sunday special… So the menu is not very intuitive. And I HOPE the owner is listening right now. PLEASE for the love of god, make it simple for people. There’s Hibachi lunch, and Hibachi entrees.
Sunday, they don’t do lunch? So you’re paying the entree price. There’s one menu for the whole place. PLEASE create separate menus for different situations. I’m not the only one. We had a party of 9, and we couldn’t figure out what was going on.

I know hibachi steak places are a straight up throwback to the 1980’s and to be perfectly fair – its been the same schtick and tricks since Delorean’s were chic. All that said- i don’t care. This place was really good. Nice restaurant and facilities. The staff was also incredibly polite and friendly – Angel especially. Whole thing made for a great evening. Portions didn’t skimp by any stretch and the food quality was top notch.

Good hibachi food and sushi. Service was fast and polite. Fun place, a little bit pricy but nothing unexpected for Hibachi/Sushi restaurant.

I love this place!! Whether you sit at the grill or in a booth, this place makes you feel welcome. Waitstaff is friendly and helpful. Our waitress was helpful and explained ingredients in the dinners. I had the coconut shrimp and clear soup and washed it down with the house Margarita. My son had the “pad thai” (chicken, noodles, water sprouts, sauce), peanuts on the side. My son said that was a nice touch and would have liked a few more.
You get TONS of food! The noodles are fresh! The house Margarita does not come in a “fancy” glass, but doesn’t matter, it was good. We had 2 huge dinners and 2 Margaritas for $50. We took enough leftovers home to feed at least 3 more people!
I highly recommend this restaurant. Quiet, cozy and just a “feel good” spot. Inexpensive, quality food, excellent service with leftovers.what more can you ask for??

I think this place has great tasting sushi however not in love with the hibachi. Veggies were over cooked and the competing flavors where a bit much.
