I drove by this place many times and finally got the chance to stop in. This place is amazing, the service was spectacular, The restaurant was beautiful, very clean and tidy. We were seated immediately and our server even opened the door for us which was a warm welcome. We put our orders in and got our food and drinks very quick. The sushi was excellent and overall this place was very good. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be back again soon!

Kazoku Sushi was a mixed experience. The restaurant felt pretty outdated and was almost completely empty when we arrived, which made the atmosphere feel a little off. The food itself was just okay, nothing really stood out, but it wasn’t bad either. On the bright side, our server was really kind and attentive, which definitely helped improve the overall experience. Not somewhere I’d rush back to, but not the worst option if you’re nearby and craving sushi.

Although I tend to favor Sachiko for sushi when I am in Tucson, I wanted to try out this place because it is very highly rated. I had eaten here before a couple of years ago, but had regrettably neglected them over the last two years. I am happy to have had such a great experience today, so now I can add them into the mix of my favorite Tucson sushi restaurants, and if you are in Tucson, you should as well. The albacore, hamachi and spicy hotatagai were all excellent, and while the akami tuna (maguro) was not quite that good, it was still tasty. The unagi was, as I requested, a little extra crispy, which made it piping hot and amazingly savory, with a buttery smooth texture. I also tried the shrimp and vegetable appetizer, which was quite good, although the surprise tempura banana did come out a bit too oily for my taste, but banana is a really tough thing to get right in tempura! I look forward to trying some additional items on their menu, and perhaps even some specialty rolls.

Tried Kazoku for the first time this evening. Got a variety of rolls, sashimi, udon and an appetizer. I was impressed with the quality. Up to now, I would tell people that Sachiko is my favorite sushi place so far, but Kazoku might take that over. Will definitely be back. I appreciate the simple online ordering for picking up food. I wish more sushi places would follow their example.

My dad and I came here for like a dinner-lunch type thing, and it was impeccable. I had ordered the dragon roll, and it was delisious!! The service was amazing, and it was fast!! I’d say that they delivered our food in about 5 minutes. I would come here again and again and again. 100% would recommend.

We ordered the jalapeño poppers which were great, but then we ordered fried red snapper and it was definitely not red snapper possibly whiting fish which would explain the price. The fish meal also comes with miso soup, salad, and steamed rice. When asked about the soup in my Togo order she said she’d do it for me this one time but usually soup is only included if you dine in which makes no sense if I’m still paying full price for the meal.

I absolutely LOVED the food! I’m a very picky eater and the way the onions were cooked, so delicious! Customer service was amazing, and if you’re Korean, feel free to talk to the waiters in Korean! They also had leather as their table cloth. I loved their food and would recommend! ♡ ♡ ♡

Welcoming and nostalgic. The food was amazing and had great portions. We got two specialty rolls, a vegetable tempura set, and beef noodles to share. The rolls were each 12 slices and the flavor was exactly what we were craving. Plus 50 dollars for a date night isn’t bad.

The food was delish! Tried the pork dumplings and the fried rice. The meat was tender and flavorful.
I will definitely be going back to try their other dishes. Highly recommend.
