We had been wanting to visit since this restaurant opened! The atmosphere and ambiance is very chic, as well as the options for food and drinks sounded so delicious!

A couple details I noticed that could be taken or left. The waiting staff has a tight and very busy entry into the kitchen right next to the host stand which makes first arriving as a customer very chaotic and loud. If there is a wait, there really isn’t a ton of places to stand except in the way. Which drives more to my first point of it being busy when first walk in. The bar area is super cute and table settings as well. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and could tell they had a good system down. Our server was great as well and very attentive with how busy it was that day.
We ordered the following:
(Complimentary) Focaccia w Lemon Butter – 10/10 – that butter recipe is needed
Classic Bruschette – 10/10, no notes, wanted more of them
BIS (Big Italian Salad) – 10/10, the dressing was divine and all the ingredients were proportioned well
Chicken Parmesan – 8/10, portioned great, and chicken was moist and not dry
Butternut Squash Ravioli – 4/10, I am a total sucker for just the name of this dish, but sadly the “Brussels sprout chips” were more like “burnt crisps” and covered the dish, which made the taste overall come down. I wasn’t sure if this was the norm but after searching other images of this dish, I saw some green and lesser quantity of it on the dish. If it’s a fluke I’m sure it’s a wonderful dish, but if not – I’d hate to see a great dish idea suffer.
Limoncello Crème Brûlée – 5/10 – we aren’t experts on dessert by any means, but I really didn’t taste much lemon in the custard with just how punchy Limoncello really is.

Overall our experience was a 8/10 and will be visiting again! Great addition to the area and the downtown feel is very modernist!

Our family went to eat here after a recommendation from our nephew Parker. The atmosphere was trendy and nice. The food was excellent. We had a variety of appetizers including calamari, meatballs, and spinach dip. For dinner we had pizza, lasagna, a meatball sandwich and some of the homemade pasta. All the dishes were hot and were delicious. Would highly recommend if ever in this area. Lobby size is small so you might want to make a reservation.

My goodness, what a wonderful experience! Our server Noah was outstanding, and both the food and atmosphere far exceeded our expectations. The pizza (gluten free crust is amazing!), chicken parmigiana, artichoke dip, and wines were all perfect, capped off beautifully by a complimentary limoncello. An absolutely outstanding Valentine’s Day lunch—we’ll definitely be back!

I’d been excited to try this place after a friend recommended it, and the atmosphere definitely lived up to the hype—it’s unique and inviting. The food was beautifully presented, but the flavors didn’t quite hit the mark for me, especially given the price point. I’ve dined at many high-end restaurants where the flavor and service feel more in line with the cost. The service here was friendly, though a bit slow. That said, I’m open to giving it another try and sampling a few different menu items, as this spot has a lot of potential.

What a great place to eat in St. Peter! The quality of food was absolutely fantastic, and the atmosphere is wonderful for a date night or another special occasion. The service is quick for a high-end restaurant, and its great to have a fancier restaurant in such a small little town like St. Peter. The only downside is that if you have to wait at all before sitting at a table, it is awkward, as there isnt a dedicated waiting area and you just sort of stand around by other people’s tables. Overall though, definitely a great place to eat! If you go here, make sure to get the meatballs!

Maggie checked us in was a wonderful hostess. Our company came to celebrate our Christmas party. We chose a variety of appetizers to share and each one was delicious. My Entree was butternut squash ravioli with chicken and we shared several of the desserts. My two favorite are the limoncello crème brûlée and the cheese cake. Our server was named Parker and he was amazing! He was very attentive, funny and genuine. We loved him! Thank you for making our christmas party so much fun!

The food here is so good! The appetizer was delicious. I had the NY strip and it was cooked perfectly. The asparagus and potatoes that came with it were also so good and cooked to perfection I had the crem brulée for dessert (my personal favorite) and it was just so good I wanted to order another. My husband had a pasta dish and he just loved it. Our server, Sarah, was so nice and answered all of our questions about the wine (there were a lot).

If I were to complain about one thing, it would be that it was a bit warm inside and both my husband and I were very warm and sweating the whole time. Some additional air-conditioning units would be greatly appreciated.

Kavo Italian Eatery in St. Peter is an absolute gem! From the moment you step inside this beautifully restored historic building, you’re surrounded by five-star design details that blend warmth, charm, and sophistication perfectly. Every dish from their scratch kitchen is bursting with flavor and made with clear attention to quality, it’s Italian comfort elevated to fine dining.

We were so stoked to try this place. The food ended up being an absolute disappointment. We ordered the mussels for an appetizer the flavor was there but the mussels were over cooked, shrank, and thus rubbery . There was potential there. I ordered the shrimp ala genovese and my girlfriend ordered the salmon Piccata. The rigatoni pasta was dry, hard, and crusty. I’ve had better pesto from a jar, would have preferred it actually. My girlfriend was not happy with her salmon. Way over priced for the quality of the food. 🙁 The atmosphere and service were on par. No one wants to spend that kind of money on service or a pretty place. I’ll eat on the sidewalk if the food is good enough.

The building itself is beautifully constructed & decorated, giving it the slightly historical, industrial, but comfortable atmosphere. Perfect place for a family or business meal.
Meals were nicely priced, perfectly prepared, and portions generous. Highly recommend the Parmesan garlic fries with truffle aioli, and the chocolate gelato paired with a glass of Pinot noir. The Porchetta sandwich was delicious for lunch & I brought over half of it home to enjoy later. Loved the focaccia bread with lemon-butter!
