The atmosphere was very relaxing inside. From the ambient lighting, soft couches and swinging cushioned chairs, there was a spot for anyone.
They also have a bunch of board games, card games and pool!
Dogs are also welcomed inside!! (with a cute dog bed)
Go check them out! “Better than booze!
Atmosphere: this is amazing vibe in this location to hang out, do open mic, and just have a kava drink. 5/5
Service: the bartenders was super helpful for our first time. She provided some great recommendations and she was quick w/ making the drink. 5/5
And contrary to the false reply to this review we did order a coffee and were preparing to buy a pina colada to pay more for the seating before we were kicked out :/
As they stepped inside, they were met with an atmosphere that was surprisingly serene despite its tropical decor. The walls were lined with colorful tapestries and paintings of exotic plants, while a soothing blend of music filled the air.
Jesse and Walt went up to the bar where the bartender greeted them warmly. He asked if he could get them anything special today, and at Walt’s suggestion Jesse decided to try something called “the Blue Lagoon.” The bartender mixed together a bunch of different ingredients, including coconut milk and blue curacao.
When the drink was finished, Jesse took a sip and his eyes lit up in surprise. It was like nothing he had ever tasted before – sweet, tart, and with an exotic flavor that left him wanting more. He thanked Walt for suggesting it as they went to find a seat at one of the tables outside.
As they enjoyed their drinks under the shade of some palm trees, Jesse felt an overwhelming sense of contentment wash over him. This place had become a welcome escape from all the chaos of their lives back home in Albuquerque. For that moment, everything felt alright again – even if only for a little while.
They stayed until late in the evening, enjoying the peaceful atmosphere and each other’s company. Eventually, it was time for them to go home – but not before Walt bought Jesse a bottle of the Blue Lagoon as a souvenir.
Jesse thanked him with a smile on his face, feeling grateful that he had such an amazing friend in Walt. He knew that no matter what happened next, they would always have this moment to look back on fondly.
