Been here twice now and both times were amazing! The menu is always so filling, especially if you go for the highest tier. It’s so worth the price bc you get so much food. I hope they don’t take away the AYCE menu. The sushi is always fresh and tastes good. It’s so nice to have a break from all that meat, as they have sushi and other yummy appetizers to choose from.
The service was top tier. It’s only a bit slower on the weekdays, so beware. Highly recommend making a reservation before coming, especially on weekends.

Our waiter Sean was great! We visited on Sunday night and the barbecue meat quality was great as well as the sushi. The only downside was that the special nigiris were not available after few rounds. Per sushi chef, the special nigiris were out around 7:30pm when the entire restaurant was fully seated. I personally don’t understand how special nigiris are out when each person cost $55. Other than that everything was great, especially our waiter’s excellent service

The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Every dish came out perfectly cooked, especially the grilled skewers and sushi. The desserts were also impressive — light, tasty, and a perfect way to end the meal.
The service was excellent — friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable throughout the dinner.
The atmosphere was cozy yet modern, with a nice balance of music and lighting — great for hanging out with friends or a date night. Definitely a spot worth coming back to! Highly recommend ❤️

I was looking for a great sushi place for dinner tonight and I remembered the Kauboi opened last year and I was really excited to try it. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly the atmosphere was beautiful. The style is more focused on Japanese bbq but the sushi was impeccable! I have never had a mango roll so fresh in my life the only thing I can compare it to was eating mango in Hawaii! If you like tuna towers they have a great tower it was very delicious. The miso soup was another favorite similar to many miso soups I’ve had but somehow even better flavor with thinly sliced onions. And last, but not least we ordered the spicy garlic edamame. Emphasis on SPICY! I loved it! Overall a great experience and I’m excited to come back!

If you’re looking for a place where your taste buds throw a party and your stomach questions your life choices, this is it. I came here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and WOW! What an experience!
Ken, our server, deserves a medal (or at least unlimited sushi for life). The staff was attentive without hovering like helicopter parents, and even the bartender popped by to make sure our drinks were living their best life.
The food? Fantastic. The Japanese BBQ and sushi combo is basically a cheat code for happiness. The meat selections for the BBQ were solid, and the special nigiri? Absolutely on point, although fair warning, they limit it to one order per person.
The decor was amazing, both the food presentation and the restaurant layout were stylish and inviting, making the whole experience feel elevated.
Pro tip: pace yourself. It’s all-you-can-eat, not all-you-can-regret. Over-ordering is tempting, but trust me, you want to leave room for the “last leg” of the menu because you’ll want to finish strong, not tap out halfway through.
Would I come back? Absolutely. Would I recommend it? 100%. Just bring your appetite and maybe a game plan.

I had an absolutely amazing time at this restaurant this past week. It all started with our lovely server Austin, he was so kind and attentive. Always getting our drinks refilled and making sure we were always enjoying our food and even giving us a list of his favorite items, a few of which I enjoyed quite a lot. We had the lunch sushi all you can eat and boy was I stuffed. The fish tasted really fresh and being able to watch the chefs prepare the food felt really unique and authentic. If you plan on visiting this restaurant soon make sure you ask for Austin and don’t forget to get the mochi ice cream dessert, it’s the best I’ve ever had. My only problem with this establishment was that the food was so delicious that I didn’t have enough time to take any better pictures. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who would listen.

We had the best experience at Kauboi last night! It was our first time at a restaurant like this, and our waiter was incredibly helpful in walking us through the menu and explaining everything. We decided to do the all-you-can-eat option and it was absolutely worth it.
The food came out quickly, portions were generous, and every cut of meat we tried was delicious. Our favorites were the Wagyu brisket, Wagyu signature steak, and the beef short ribs. We also mentioned it was our anniversary and were surprised with a complimentary round of champagne, which made the night even more special.
