You’re better off buying a frozen pizza like I did after waiting 2 hours to find out it wasn’t even made yet. It will be faster, cheaper, warmer, and probably better tasting.
I placed an online delivery order and the tracker said Skyelynn started prepping my order and estimated 36-46 minutes. about 50 minutes later the tracker hadn’t changed so scrolling down it had a phone number to call and another estimated delivery time 48-58 minutes. after an hour I tried to call twice and was left unanswered, the tracker still said in prep and 36-46 minutes even after refreshing several times. After 2 hours I drove down there to find out they haven’t even started making my order. Did not apologize, just kept giving excuses that they are short staffed, received an influx of orders (over 80) and have been calling people to find out if they still want their food but can’t answer the phone. Let the record reflect when I walked in there were 3 people working and 2 people talking which one is aparently the manager that came to help and the other gentleman was the one talking to me. Turns out he has no idea who Skyelynn is so the tracker is a straight lie, they never attempted to contact me, and showed me their estimated delivery time was 56 minutes….This is not the first time we’ve had trouble with this location, never this bad but is probably the straw that breaks the camels back and I will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered around 9:30 PM on a Saturday. We did carry out and food was ready in about 25 mins. No issues when picking up the food.

Usually solid dependable dominos which is till shitty pizza but good shitty pizza. My problem was that I was under 5 mins late to meeting for pickup due to cell service and due to that never got my order. Regardless of meeting the order should have been left at the doorstep and now I have to dispute the charge and have the business deal with the credit card company

If you’re planning on ordering something, don’t do it pelase. Worst customer service ever. They never have delivery options. I ordered online and paid for delivery. Waited for the order but never came. I called them and they said I have to go pick it up myself. And worst of all, they denied giving me the money i paid for delivery. They said we can give you a 2 liter coke to compensate for it.

My order was not made as requested therefore I had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the correction. One pizza was supposed to be uncut but was cut. Other pizza was supposed to have seasoned crust but had none. The dough was very dry and was not pressed out to medium size. Both pizza’s looked like small deep dishes and came out looking overcooked in some areas. I have not had issues like this with Domino’s since I have moved to this city so I am very appalled at the food I was given. I would rather not order anymore if this is the quality of food and service that is being offered now.

I really wanted to leave 0 stars cause the delivery driver didn’t park in front of my door and the pizza was so raw(uncooked) and disgusting!!! Wait til yall see the pictures I’m about to upload! Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. Our delivery was an hour late from our promised delivery time and my order was wrong. I called to get a refund and was told the only option was to have them remake my order and wait an additional 45 mins for them to remake one pizza. Will not be going back or ordering from this location again. Everything about this location is very poor and extremely disappointing. No not recommend to anyone

First time ordering from this location was a pick up. Went smoothly,the employees weren’t friendly nor happy to be working. Second order was placed a few months later for delivery. I bought 4 large pizzas. Each one had lots of toppings. That pizza made it to my home in 32 minutes hot and fresh! The delivery driver was friendly,talkative and respectful. Thanking me for placing the order and encouraging me to order again soon. With that experience alone,the following Friday I placed that same order from a week prior for delivery. Let me tell you that in the past 40yrs of ordering Dominos,this was the worst delivery experience I’ve ever encountered with Dominos. The online ordering process was easy and flawless. I called after about 30 mins to check on the progress. I was informed the driver was on her way. I was able to track approx where my pizza was. She was in my neighborhood! Yay. Not so much. She turned around went back to pick up more orders. Delivered those. She went back to pick up more pizzas a third time, finally delivering my pizza about 90 mins later-COLD. I know what she’s did,cause during this time I had called numerous times,getting spoken to rudely and with disrespect. I was hung up on not once,but twice. I was trying to find answers why my order was neglected. Was told that there would be a credit applied. The following day,a called was placed to speak with the manager about looking into this matter. Was informed that they didn’t even see that order in the system any longer,and that they credit must have went through. It did not. After 3 days of trying to get answers,I finally gave up. Poor service ,poor attitudes, poor customer service. I have all of this documented.

Last time I ordered from here my pizza crust was full of upholstery foam and hair so I have to assume they dropped it on the floor at some point and just cooked it anyways
