Aloha! We’re a local kitchen that runs a restaurant, bakery, and catering business on the island of Kauai. We have a small but forever expanding menu for either that nice little cruise down the west side or a little pick me up before going to Lihu’e for that $200+ Costco run. For our catering we will meet and continuously work with you to provide you with the best food we can. We hope to become another good moment in your story of life.

Great local spot, perfect for lunch. We got a lemon ginger chicken plate and pork banh mi. Both were delicious. The malasadas with custard were fresh and delicious! So happy we stopped and tried this place. The service was lovely, everyone was very friendly and kind.

Amazing malassadas ! We tried a pack of 6 and employee was so nice and made sure we tried all different options since it was our first time trying them. Really good, perfect amount of sweet and freshly baked. Still hot! Really recommend and service was great, even got some recommendations.

I got something to do with ginger chicken. It was delicious even though I don’t typically love ginger. I just got a small bowl and it was a perfect size for what I needed. My wife got some malasadas (donut things) and they were delicious. I’m gluten-free and dairy free and they were very attentive to my needs. There are a couple of small tables out front and no tables inside.

It’s a neighborhood vibe! We did the ginger chicken, chicken bai mi, & the vanilla & chocolate Maladaa in cinnamon and sugar.
It’s not your traditional baimi sandwich and many ways but the bread and chicken with the fresh cilantro make a nice sandwich! The ginger chicken plate was good – mac was mid.
The dessert 10 no notes- only that we wished we had an espresso and a scoop of vanilla!

Make the trip to Hanapepe and stop here for the best food from the best people on Kaua’i! My family tried everything on the menu! Fantastic Bahn Mi sandwich with daikon radishes! The plate lunches were soooo good! Perfect balance of savory and fresh flavors between the perfectly seasoned and roasted pork, the fresh greens from their own garden, and the amazing (and not too sweet) Mac salad! The special was a pork belly and mac salad sandwich served with the literal best gravy we’ve ever had!! And the Malasadas, oh my gosh!! Made fresh for each order, fillings were perfect, and just the right amount of sugar on the outside! On top of all this amazing food was the exceptional service, and friendly atmosphere! The owners clearly care about their food, their customers, and about putting out something wonderful into the world, and it shows! Oh, and if they happen to have their special focaccia bread when you’re there, don’t pass it up, it will change your life!!

came to this traditional Hawaiian place for a plate of roast pork over rice and it had the warm gravy and delicious hardiness to this classic dish and reminded me of some Cantonese food but a mix of Hawaiian so it was a nice treat and had it during the Hana Pepe art night with great vibes

Such a wonderful lunch! After visiting Waimea Canyon, we stopped here with ravenous appetites. We tried the chicken and the pork bahn mi. Both were amazing! Austin’s love of cooking shone through. Mac salad was delicious as was the green salad. The bahn mi dishes were made with fresh herbs and spices grown in Austin’s garden. To top it off, we tried our first malasadas made fresh and piping hot. OMG! Delicious! Thanks to Austin we had an assortment of malasadas – each was to die for!
