So happy I stopped! I see this food truck sitting at the Conover parking lot of Walmart all the time, and today I grabbed our usual family order and it was fantastic… shrimp sauce was on point, carrots were just softened, and the fantastic noodles/vegetables made this a shew in for a slot in the rotation!
