I went in there for the first time to watch a Husker game. The crowd was very nice. My tab was $39 and the night bartender asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. I gave her a $10 tip bc she had a lot of people in there and she did her best so, I thought she would appreciate a nice tip. Come to find out I was charged $57 on my card. Won’t be genius again or go into that bar anymore. You try to tip nicely for their effort and get taken for granted. Not cool!

OMG was a great place. Us girls came to Iowa and Nebraska for a ladies trip, we looked up and found this bar. We went in and instantly was greeted by Ronnie… He was fun and great!!! Met the owner Christie she was awesome…… The blond bartender was very friendly and attentive.. This place was so fun…. Great drinks and awesome prices!!! Will definitely again be back when back that way!! 10/10

I have only gone a few times but they are so awesome!! Everyone makes you feel at home! Karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights, it’s the place to be if you really do want to do karaoke!! You don’t have to wait all night listening to music you don’t like just to sing one song. The system they use is awesome, no getting skipped over because you are new and not a regular!!

Big house is one of the best bars in the area. The owners are super friendly, so are the restless staff. It’s got food options and a nice variety of drinks. They have all kinds of games there including dart leagues. The karaoke nights are fun, and it’s even a great place to go to for the big game. The owners have been patrons of this bar for years and it is amazing what they have done to renovate the place. Absolutely a gem in the local bar scene.

The mushrooms and cheese curds were delicious. Not so packed that you cant walk through. The owner and family were a blast to be around. Actual down to earth people. Karaoke started at 9. Drinks were spot on and not overly priced. A place you can afford to go to, have a few drinks and have fun. Bartender was a sweetheart. Seemed like everyone there knew each other or at least treated each other like they did. I’d go back when I’m in town.

I live in walking distance from this establishment which is convenient for me. I do not drink alcohol but I do enjoy karaoke which Big Al has on Friday and Saturday nights. I can not speak for the bar service or beverage quality but the reason I gave three stars is because of the outdated karaoke software as well as guy that DJh’s on Friday nights.
The first time I stopped in here to sing was great. He pulled the song I wanted to sing off of YouTube and got me right in the rotation I sang my song and went home, it was great.
The next time I stopped in to sing the DJ had obviously been drinking if being rude and obnoxious is a symptom of being drunk for him.
Right off the bat he seemed annoyed that I wanted to sing and then when I requested my song I was told he didn’t have it. He could only play what was already in the ancient and limited karaoke program. When I reminded him that I was just in the week before and he pulled it off YouTube for me he denied it and said it must have been on Saturday and I had him confused with that DJ. You know? Because I was so drunk the previous weekend I obviously was confused…. So when I stop in the next night and again request my song just to be told he didn’t have it and that the Friday DJ brings his own equipment so it had to have been him.
Needless to say it left a bad taste in my mouth and I haven’t been back. Update software and equipment and replace the Friday night DJ and I will give 5 stars.
