I ordered chips and guac one day from Kathy‘s and they literally just mashed avocado. There was no salt, pepper, garlic, onion, jalapeño nothing! But a few weeks later I decided to give them another try because it may have just been something that I ordered. So I ordered a breakfast burrito with crunchy potatoes. They were not crunchy because they were cooked thoroughly. They were crunchy because they were still raw. I did not have time to turn back and fix my order so I was forced to throw out all the potatoes. This will definitely be the last time I try this place again. $8 for a very bland and basically uncooked burrito.

We’ve been coming here for years since I was a little girl. The food we ordered today on 12/28/25 was nasty, and over priced. Requested refund and got rejected!! The cashier said after I complained, “then don’t come back!” I’ll go to beef jerky on 4th Street and have their burritos instead and will pay for quality food. As a

The food is good but some stuff has gone down. I learned something horrible today and when I was telling my husband about it he said that the other day they changed us $50 and I didn’t question it. I referred a coworker there and told her that the food was delicious and tastes like homemade, so she went to try it. She said that they paid with a debit card and she noticed when she checked her bank account that they overcharged her $25 for a tip. She called her bank and she called Kathy’s and the daughter told her there was nothing she could do about it because Kathy is out on medical leave. We try to support our local stores and restaurants but they not only overcharge for the food and you don’t get your money’s worth anymore but now we have to worry about being ripped off. I guess people need to start asking for a receipt then checking the bank account. Wow, I was so embarrassed when she told me that and I felt like I should have given her the money back because I referred her. How awful that we can’t trust our local establishments. Check your receipt people and keep an eye on your bank accounts. Just wow!

The place is kinda in the middle of nowhere. There isn’t much else around other than an Allsups. I was confused with their drive-thru. It is a pick up window for call in orders, not an actual drive- thru. The atmosphere was clean but minimal and lacked a warmth and comfort. Also I waited for almost 20 min for my food. There was no one else in the restaurant. I ordered the Daily Taco Special, a Bean and Cheese Burrito Dinner and a 1/2 pint of Guacamole and chips. Very dissapointing. The chips and tacos were very stale. Like year old stale. The guac was just mushed avocado with no love added. The rice and beans were were crunchy and dry as if they were made last week and reheated over again and everything lacked flavor and freshness.The only thing we enjoyed was the green chili sauce and the taco sauce which also seemed to come out of a bottle. The staff could not confirm with certainty if their food contained common food allergans. I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go back. If they served fresh food, maybe. But is tasted and was served like days old food from preprepared packages. This is a shared opinion from 4 people who shared this meal experience.

My wife has been holding out on this place. Now that we’re moving back to AZ she tells me about this smh ♂️. This place is great the Kathy burger was awesome need to have this right before we leave. Good job guys keep up the good work.

Went to pick up dinner. Burger was great. Carne adovada was tender & juicy. If the red chile had been hot, it would have been better.
