Absolutely love Kathleen’s!! & Kathleen herself is a lovely person who’s so good at what she does. Not exaggerating when I say that everything on the menu is great. I recommend getting some of their pumpkin bread, I’ve since moved away from Pasadena & dream of it every day. Highly recommend this place.

How I’ve never been here in the 28 years I’ve lived in Pasadena, I’ll never know… But now that I have I can tell I’ll be a frequent visitor.
First off the bathroom is adorable, do you see this sink?!! That’s just the nastolgic designer in me.
Of course the hot chocolate was adorable too. A full mug of whipped cream & a warm little pot of chocolate to pour over.
I devoured the cream of zucchini before I remembered to take a pic but it was delicious.
Dad & I shared the Reuben, SO tender, yummy sauerkraut, and the Cole slaw side dad didn’t let me have any… Too good!
I now understand why it’s been here for more than 35 years… See you so soon.

Been coming here for years. Nice, homey feeling with the owner coming to your table to make sure everything is ok. Today it’s spinach fettuccini with chicken which is creamy good and delicious. I have always had the best meals here. Good deal and reasonably priced for the quality of food.

The food and the service were really good. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was cooked to perfection. It was very tasty and the very thin and crispy french fries were a lovely addition. The service was really friendly and just the right amount of attentiveness. Since they are recovering from a fire, I will refrain from commenting on the decor and the ambiance, because they’re still putting themselves back together. But overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch.
