I came here with my father on august 11th 2023 and the food was very fresh and tasted great. The waiters and waitresses were nice and very fast to refill my water 4 different times. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat some good Asian food. Diner prices were around $15 a person which isn’t that bad considering the food they offer. I look forward to coming back soon

They keep raising there prices which is to bad. We helped keep them alive during covid. Now they thank us by taking their prices from $8.99 to $17.99. It will cost them. We went every week. Now we will cut back to once every 2 months. Great food. Service not.

My granddaughter and little great grandson took me to Katana Buffet for lunch today. It has gotten really bad. It is too expensive. The food wasn’t that great. You are suppose to get a refill for your drinks. I never seen them once. But they were right Awwtheir when we were ready to leave. Threw 3 fortune cookies on the table, and said you not leave tip. I looked at my granddaughter, she said I don’t have cash. So I left a $3.00 tip. Although they didn’t do anything to service us. The whole time the lady was mumbling in her language under her breath. I am sure she was cursing us out in her language. It was not a nice place to be. I will never eat their again. If they keep treating people the way they do, I don’t think they will be staying open long. My Granddaughter was trying to make a special day for us. That rude lady made her feel so bad. This place doesn’t deserve any stars. It is horrible.

This place is horrible. First of 18.10 for a child is ridiculous. The workers watch you like a hawk. Nothing like being watched like your in a Prison while eating your meal. Noticed a lot of uncooked bacon wrapped around shrimp They chase after you if you don’t leave a tip. In my opinion it’s not worth tipping. When they bring you 1 drink.

First time coming here. Food was good. It was packed and we got a table quickly. I really can’t wait to come back. Waitress kept our glasses full and plates cleared. She did suggest a tip, which I was happy to leave, as I don’t leave one before service. I did not feel bullied as others have stated. The lady was polite about it.

We visiting town and decided to eat here because is one of the ones that closed late. It’s very expensive. $72 dls 4 persons(even 2 kids). 30 min before they close they start cleaning all around. The waitress came to me and she say something in Chinese and she just pick up the dishes even the one still with my food, very rude. Then one of the waitress starts mopping with bleach. The smell was really strong and trust me we can’t continue eating. Then we ask the “manager” to please stop doing that while we finish and he said totally rude way… “more back there” that was his solution of the situation. I can’t belive this people are using all that bleach still with some food and people eating…

Terrible place with horrible customer service and even worse cleanliness. After telling the staff multiple times that we needed a booth seat for our family for personal reasons, they told us no and gave NO explanation at all. They then brought us to seats in a crowded section in the open. After this happened, we noticed everything was just gross and dirty. The bathroom didn’t even have paper towels for anything. Literally none. The floors had DRIED UP FOOD AND THROW UP! I don’t understand how that goes untouched for hours without being cleaned up or even thought about. It made everyone lose their appetite. Terrible place and absolutely disgusting. I would not return here and honestly no one should willingly come here for your own sake. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Best asain buffet in nort east Ohio by far! Tons of food selections always hot and fresh! I’m addition to All the food on the buffet they also offer sushi, salad, dessert, and a hibachi bar!!
