We have eaten at this location twice now and I will say the pulled pork is delicious!! No one was there when we came to get food the second time so there was no wait and we got taken care of right away. The only negative thing I can say was that the Mac and cheese I had was very dry and flavorless so I wouldn’t recommend the Mac and cheese personally. But the pulled pork is delicious as long as you watch for the chunks of fat. And I love the BBQ sauce they use on top! We will be returning customers and we recommend the place to others.

Absolutely awesome! We used Jones Bones food truck yesterday for my siblings graduation party and I highly recommend if you’re in the market for booking a food truck for an event. From the booking, to the food tasting, dealing with Bryan beforehand and then during the event was a breeze. Super nice and his staff is amazing as well. Shout to Jake who was on the food truck with him yesterday and the two of them did fabulous. Large portions and great BBQ and plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely use again! Thanks guys!

If I could eat this place every day, I would. Their food truck comes to our office all the time, the food is AMAZING. The portions are big and the prices are very reasonable. The pulled pork has so much flavor and is as tender as butter. They offer loaded fries which is a mound of handcut fries, topped with a mound of pulled pork, some BBQ sauce, and cheese. MY GAWD they are amazing. The food also comes out super fast and the people working are always very friendly. If you see this truck or are in Grafton by their restaurant you MUST visit. It’s well worth any drive! Yum yum yum!

Absolutely probably the worst BBQ I’ve had in a long time! Nothing was good except the hush puppies. Mac n Cheese was cold and old looking. Burnt Ends weren’t even smoked they were done on a grill at best and slopped in sauce and salt. BLT was mediocre at best that my wife had and the “SMOKED” Chicken wings were definitely not smoked and were barely cooked the skins was chewy and rubbery. Again had no crisp to them as they should being smoked then deep fried like the menu says. All in all I wouldn’t recommend this spot for good BBQ and I wouldn’t go back unless they actually made the food properly and not just described it properly.

Never again. They double charge for sides, and the lady at the counter isn’t to friendly either. From what I understand most companies will switch out a side with another if you don’t like it. Not this place ! You have to buy a side of it. Been here twice and both experiences have been horrible. The lady at the counter doesn’t even speak back when you say “hi how are you” that should’ve been my first sign to leave. I was going to dine in but decided to leave after the rude woman at the counter, and then she was so worried about double charging for sides that she forgot my sons food ! THE WOMAN AT THE COUNTER IS THE OWNER !!!!!

Today they came for my company lunch. My boyfriend ordered two main meals. One came with a side but the lady owner did not ask what he wanted. I myself asked, “he gets a side with the sandwich right?” Just double checking, bringing her attention to it. She seemed confused so I was just explaining what I meant, her husband other owner, started yelling at me, “if he wanted a side, he would say he wanted a side!” I was so caught off guard, I wasn’t even talking to him, asked a simple question, and I get screamed at. The woman definitely did not agree with how he acted because she was very kind with me after and I didn’t see her be nice to other people previously. So lady, thank you and sorry for the confusion, but sir you are disrespectful, beligerant, and clearly unhinged. I just wanted to make sure he got his side, that was it.

Decided to try a new local spot for my family and I. My complaint isn’t with the service. They were really nice. The food was horrible. The burger was pretty decent. Otherwise:The fries were overcooked and soggy. The greens had a very special taste that God knows where or who came up with that. The wings and ribs had some seasoning kinda Indian spice? Car air fresheners? I don’t know who’s rating 5 stars. This is definitely a soulless soulfood joint. I wish I could get my money back

Our HOA had the Jones Bones food truck come to our development tonight. We were excited to try the food due to the positive reviews online. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed that their food wasn’t what we expected from an “awesome” BBQ spot as stated in other reviews. We both got 4 ribs, with mac & cheese as our side. While the ribs were substantially sized and tasted decent, they were very inconsistently cooked. Some were fall off the bone tender, while others were actually chewy. My husband would have preferred to have less sauce (he prefers a dry rub), so having the sauce on the side might be a better idea. I would strongly recommend avoiding the mac & cheese. It was, without a doubt, the worst tasting and driest either of us has ever eaten! There was zero flavor and it was so dry, it was actually hard to eat. Thankfully, we had taken our food home to eat and I had a little leftover Tostitos queso sauce that we mixed into the mac n cheese to make it somewhat edible. my in lawsalso got dinner there tonight. They said the pulled chicken sandwich and ribs they had weren’t bad, but the fries were greasy and not properly cooked (soggy, not crispy). All in all, we likely would not go to their restaurant or return to their food truck, which is a real shame since it’s one of the few BBQ places anywhere near us.

Wife and I have heard good reviews from friends about Jones Bones. Finally stopped in and had a late lunch, early dinner. Wife ordered the mac & que sandwich (grilled cheese add mac & cheese & pulled pork or bacon… she ordered the pork) came with a side, she paid additional to get her fresh cut fries loaded with bacon & cheese. She is particular about her bread getting soggy, so they accommodated that by heavily toasting both sides of the texas toast. Her sandwich was amazing! She gave me a couple bites and I agree! She said she would probably order the mac & que bowl next time, but after tasting the buttery, toasted texas toast that adds just a little crispness to it, she said nope, I will get this every time. I ordered the sampler, which comes with 2 bones, 4oz pulled pork, a side (I chose mac & cheese) & cole slaw. I overheard another customer ask if the ribs were fall off the bone or pull off the bones. The owner stated that they were pull off. I have to agree, that is exactly the way they are. Meat is tender for sure, but holds to the bone lightly. Personally I enjoy fall off the bone better, but I cannot complain. The pulled pork is amazing! Mac & cheese is very good. Wife ate the cole salw and said it was great also. My loaded fries were on point! I would have preferred the shredded cheese to be a little more melted on top, more for appearance, but the flavor is phenomenal. We will certainly be back to try other menu items, at least I will be (the wife finds something she enjoys and then rarely changes off that!) If you check out my pics, don’t mind the pepper on the mac & cheese, I am a pepper freak!
