We ordered Paneer Parota, Laccha Parota, Mango Lassi, Malai Tikka Chicken Kebab, and Paneer Tikka Masala Curry — and every single item was a hit! The Paneer Parota was soft and flavorful, Laccha Parota had the perfect crispy layers, and the Mango Lassi? Creamy, chilled, and just the right amount of sweetness. The Malai Tikka Chicken was tender and juicy, packed with flavor, while the Paneer Tikka Masala curry had that creamy, spicy kick that made us wipe our plates clean.

The food wasn’t just good — it was soul-satisfying. The service was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Even now, just thinking about the meal is making my mouth water. Honestly, we fell head over heels for this place. I’d recommend it to anyone without a second thought, and we’ll definitely be coming back again (and again) until our cravings are completely conquered!

This small restaurant is a must-try for its exceptional and authentic dishes. The mutton biryani was a standout, boasting rich flavors and a welcome absence of artificial coloring. The fresh khadi pakoda was another delight, perfectly crisp and flavorful.

However, the true star was the unique paneer bhatura, a dish I’d never encountered before and found utterly amazing – a culinary revelation that simply must be experienced.

Beyond the impressive food, the service was outstanding. Despite the restaurant’s intimate size, the staff were attentive and friendly, contributing significantly to the overall positive dining experience. Their passion for the food truly shines through.
If you’re looking for genuine flavors, fresh ingredients, and unique culinary discoveries like the unforgettable paneer bhatura, all served with excellent service, this unassuming spot is a hidden gem worth seeking out. Don’t let its size fool you; the food here speaks volumes.

The star here is the food. It is a small restaurant with probably a large take away business. The appetizers were good. We had vegetables Samosa’s which were large and served hot. They were spicey but not too hot. We also tried their Vada Pav which is an Indian sandwich. It was very good and we split the order. It is a filling dish so I had to take most of my starter home. We tried Coconut. Chicken curry and lamb curry both served with basmati rice. They were both good and had lots of spice. The naan was good I preferred the plain naan but you have many varieties to choose from

Amazing small place for authentic Delhi style food. The parantha’s are made fresh and are delicious. The kadhi pakora is your typical Delhi wala kadhi. The parantha thali is good value for money and is quite filling for one person. It comes with a parantha, chole/dal makhni, raita, salad and dessert. It’s worth the long drive to Denton, if living in North Texas.

A small dhaba experience with good food. Mostly outdoor seating but there are a few seats inside. There is one kiosk inside using which we placed the order.
They have good punjabi food. We ordered the aloo and gobi parathas, saag paneer and malai chicken.
Parathas were great but the saag paneer and malai chicken was just ok.
Food took time but service was good, we were well taken care of. Since we sat outside, they setup fan and made sure we were comfortable in the Texas summer.
Its beside a gas station so you have some parking.
Its a very small setup but if you want to experience a dhaba, you can visit here.

The curry was sooooo good and the fresh naan was too. The service was kind and helpful too. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in Denton too. Also cool that it’s open super late because curry is such a good late-night comfort food. Absolutely delicious!

Kashkan is a nice small dhaba-style spot in Denton.
The service was good, and the food was above average. We ordered the chole bhature—the chole was flavorful, but the bhature felt more like oversized pooris. It would be great if they added some pickle and salad on the side.
We also tried the gobhi paratha thali. The paratha was tasty, though a bit salty. Apart from that, it was enjoyable. We ordered a salty lassi as well, but it wasn’t to our taste.Overall, we had a decent experience and will definitely go back to try other items on the menu.

KashKan Dhaba in Denton is a small and simple restaurant that serves tasty Indian food. It doesn’t have fancy furniture or decorations, but the food is fresh and full of flavor. The menu has many classic Indian dishes, and the portions are big enough to fill you up. Prices are reasonable, making it a good choice if you want a lot for your money. The staff are kind, polite, and ready to help you pick something if you’re not sure. Even though the place looks plain, the food and service make it worth a visit. If you love real Indian food, you should definitely try KashKan Dhaba.
