Food was excellent, service (if possible) was even better!

We came here to celebrate our anniversary, and were not disappointed! Fried calamari was great – the sauce was so good. All the rolls we ordered were so yummy, the hibachi and soup buns were stellar, and the strawberry Japanese soda was fun.

A big deal point for me was: the waiter remembered I ordered water with no ice, even with refills. This Very rarely happens for me at restaurants. I felt so cared for!

The atmosphere was calm, and all parts of the restaurant were clean. The bathrooms were clean and we’ll stocked with plenty of room. The waiter told us to be careful driving home in the snow when he brought us our card back. It’s the little things, and they got the little things and the big things right here.

Oh, and don’t miss the Japanese cheese cake. It’s so yummy, and the perfect size for the end of a buffet meal!

I brought 9 people out for my son’s bday here, we ate and laughed for nearly 2 hours, service was great, everything was fresh and made to order, and the staff was the best! It was a little chaotic for them and they made the absolute best of it! Suuuuuper reasonable for big families like mine! Thank you for such a blast!

This place is fantastic! Beautiful decor. Super clean. Delicious food. We went for lunch. It cost barely more than 2 meals at McDonald’s. Fresh. Tasty and many options. We can’t wait to go back.

Already planning my next visit. The sushi was so fresh it tasted like it was caught that morning—every bite was a win. Jade, our waitress, was an absolute sweetheart, and the whole staff made the place feel warm and welcoming. Super clean, great atmosphere, and just the kind of spot you want to linger in.

The all-you-can-eat deal? Absolutely worth every penny. I didn’t snap a photo (regret!), but I did try the Zombie cocktail and—whew. 10/10. Bold, punchy, and dangerously smooth.

If you’re craving top-tier sushi and a drink that bites back, Kashi Sushi delivers.

P.S they have kid friendly foods as well!

It’s definitely a beautiful new spot we traveled an hour to get here because we saw the great reviews. We came on a Saturday around 1:00 p.m. and there was one other family there other than us. Thought it was a little strange because with the amount of traffic in Lake George this weekend we figured it was going to be busy. The ordering system is little strange, they give you a menu with all the different items you can choose, and then the server comes to your table and then asks you what you want and puts it on a tablet. Unlike The Volcano restaurant in Niskayuna which they give you your own tablet to order from. I feel that they would benefit by doing it this way because by the time the waiter came around I forgot what I wanted then could not find the things I wanted on the menu again. Even if they gave you a wipe marker so you could check the boxes because their menus are laminated anyway it wouldn’t be much of a problem. They give you small quantities of food so they don’t waste anything which is good and everything is made fresh to order which was another plus. I got soup dumplings and veggie spring rolls for an appetizer and I also got pork dumplings all were very yummy. My husband got Whitefish tempura which he enjoyed and also a beef kabob stick which was very small and they only gave you one so the next time he ordered he got three. We also got a bunch of different sushi rolls which my favorite was the sweet potato tempura, my son got some salmon ones that he enjoyed. I also tried the noodles and the fried rice with the chicken hibachi. The rice needed a little bit more flavor but the noodles were really delicious. My husband also had the pork Ramen which he really liked, he said it was flavorful. The general Chow’s was a little spicy but it was very good, something that I would get again. The place itself is very nice and clean looking with interesting things to look at with a big screen that has whales going by. The waiter filled our drinks constantly which was also very nice. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5. If they change the ordering system I will totally be back. There is a 2-hour limit which sounds like a lot of time but it takes a while for the waiter to come to take your order and then you have to wait for the food to be made in between so that 2 hours goes by really fast

First time trying this new sushi restaurant. Very clean, nicely decorated interior, quiet ambiance. Service was fast and courteous, from the host stand to the table. They make sure you are being catered to without constant hovering, which strikes a nice balance.

I went for All You Can Eat in order to try a variety of menu items and was not disappointed! Vegetable rolls were very good and gyoza was possibly the best I’ve ever had. The mini soup buns were cute and flavorful, arriving in a small steam box. The smaller pieces of fried calamari were a little overcooked, but not bad.

The sushi was excellent quality- fresh fish is always apparent, and they clearly care about their ingredients here. The portions were very generous, particularly on the specialty rolls. I also tried the beef yakitori, which while the beef was well-cooked, the sauce was much too sweet for my taste.

Overall, I’m going to make Kashi my go-to spot for sushi, can’t wait to bring my downstate friends here.

Beautiful restaurant, the workers were very nice, they did a wonderful job serving, especially considering it was their soft opening. The food was delicious and beautifully arranged on the plates. Will definitely have to go back again for more. Also, if you get dessert there, definitely recommend the Japanese cheesecake!!

Sad to say my experience was not like others and was quite bad. The wait time was the most unacceptable. I wanted 20 minutes just for ginger. I waited another 20-25 minutes for sushi. I was there almost 2 hours with my family but only because we were waiting almost a half hour in between dishes. When it finally came, the portions are SMALL. My salmon sashimi was maybe half an inch. The hibachi chicken was good but it’s served on a snack plate. It’s just such small portions that it’s unsatisfying. Our waitress hardly came to our table and felt like we were bothering anytime we asked for something. A very unwelcome and uncomfortable vibe. Wasn’t worth the time or money.
