The fries were delicious, the rest of the food was mediocre. We ordered avocado chicken club x2, both were very dry and the avocado was hard and crunchy. The steak tacos had zero sauce and were also dry. The service was good, but it did take a bit of time to get our food despite the restaurant being pretty much empty.

Tough to rate a restaurant on one experience but I feel compelled to do so in hopes the service will improve. This place has changed owners more than 4 times in the past 15 years. We all have been hoping this time it would be successful.
Within 30 seconds after we were seated, the waitress came up to the table and asked if we wanted to order an appetizer…not a drink…but an appetizer. We had not even opened the menus. Star deduction.
First beer that was ordered took almost 15 minutes. Waitress said bar was backed up. Not our problem and should not have been an excuse. When beer arrived, we ordered a glass of wine and placed our dinner order. Waitress disappeared for 20 mins. Had to ask 3 times for wine. Another excuse the bar is very busy. It’s just a glass of wine. Poor excuse.
They offered us a free basket of chips and salsa because food was taking so long. Would have been nice if it wasn’t bag chips and salsa from a jar. Gee, thanks.
Food arrived 45 minutes later. Not bad. Not great either. Club sandwich, burger, chicken wrap. B- grade.
Finally, after trying to find the waitress again, we finally asked for the check. Pet pieve of mine is dropping off check and not clearing table when we’re obviously finished eating.
She disappeared again and after 15 mins, we finally tracked down the manager to pay. As we left, we saw our waitress in the back wrapping silverware. Really???
Probably won’t be back until I hear service has improved.

Oh my goodness. Dont if you are thinking this might be good. It’s a cracker. Sausage is weird and no mushrooms. Yuck. Go to Kroger get a frozen pizza. It would taste better.

We visited this restaurant feeling very optimistic about the new ownership. The decor is now much lighter, the place is roomier and more attractive than before. The first experience was better than the second, they just did not have all the drinks on the menu the first time. The second time, there was no drinks menu because they had run out of most of the choices, they did not have enough wine glasses so used substitutes and when we asked for a second round, the white wine was not chilled and they did not appear to have enough cutlery for our dinner. The food was OK, nothing outstanding but the “special” bland and disappointing. I wish the management well but they do need to improve. The service on both occasions was very good. We will give them one more try because it is local and convenient.

A spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. It’s nice for lunch, but the food quality is not quite up to the price point compared to other restaurants in the area. I suspect this is because people in this neighborhood will pay more without expecting commiserate quality (gated golf course community adjacent). The space is nice and the service was great.

Came to savannah for the first time, I called and they said that it was a family friendly environment with kids menus and things for the kids to color.
They let us order off of the “kids menu” but there is no physical menu to see prices. My wife order a hamburger medium well and it was hard as a rock, when the kids pizzas came out, I had to finish cutting the slices with the butter knife that I had.
The staff was friendly but sometimes friendliness doesn’t out weigh the overall nastiness of the food.
The menu prices are kind of outrageous too, $29 for a 12oz pork chop? ♂️

Last night I visited Kasey’s Grille with a large group of friends. We had a reservation for 14 people and our table was ready upon arrival. Our server was cheerful, accurate, and attentive throughout the evening. The food arrived promptly which is amazing with a group of this size. They have a new menu that is varied and offers a sufficient variety of options for all. My chicken parmigiana was tasty and moist, not overcooked.
Located on Skidaway Island, it is the only restaurant not behind gates. I and my friends are all members of the private Landings Club, but it is nice to have another option on the island.
They have struggled with staffing in recent months, but seem to be on the upswing so, if you live in the area, I encourage you to give them a try and I think you’ll be glad you gave them a chance.
