Hands down, the best chai in Central Bay, Redwood City! One of the top spots for refreshing Indian food in the Bay Area. Non greasy, subtle flavors and easy on your gut. The store manager was so inviting and even gave me a free side of curry. Rare to find such inviting staff in the Bay. What an experience!

Ordered a paneer Biriyani through Uber eats, it didn’t taste like one. I think the paneer slices used for the biriyani weren’t fresh and I had to separate them out before having it. Also biriyani was lacking the Masala flavors. They also didn’t provide raita along with biriyani.

Ordered a bunch of dishes on ezcater for a corporate event and was quite disappointed. Dishes were not very flavorful and meat portions didn’t really have that much protein. Not spicy or complex flavors filled with classic Indian spices. Missing items in the order as well.

Great Place to sit & Eat or get a To-Go. Small area but Employees are good/honest,helpful. You get 2 Parle-G biscuits along with Chai taking back to the nostalgia of having an evening snack with 2 Samosas. Little on higher priced side for Chai and Samosas (2.50 per samosa or 2 for $4).

Ambience and service are pretty good. Portion sizes for the kati rolls are quite bad, basically a 3inch roll. Aloo tikki Chaat was good. Sangria is just Ocean spray cranberry juice, no alcohol. Would rather go to Zareen’s down the street next time.

I got the lamb kati roll and the lamb must be from the cheapest cuts out there. It was mainly fat and gristle. I had to pick out well over half the ‘meat’ in this roll as I don’t like the texture of fat and gristle. The naan was also very obviously from a package. For almost $20, it was a very poor value.
