Showed up at 7pm ordered a bowl they added the white rice move down no steak. Guy was cutting up fresh steak so waited 10min for it. Finally get steak no peppers & onions no corn scraped the bottom of salsa asked for more cheese girl said there isn’t much left and it’s all we have at the moment. I look at her and said with everything almost gone why don’t you close. Mean while there is 16 people waiting in line as we speak and there still open for anouther 3 hours. Seriously this is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge. She tells me there isn’t anyone here in charge and the manager is home. I’m keeping my reciept and will definitely be going there tomorrow to complain to management. I feel sorry for everyone on here that has written a review who blatantly has been ripped off or at least stolen from at this location. I am astonished by the reviews I’ve read tonight just wish I had read them prior to going. Lesson learned and they will learn tomorrow when I return!!!

Just ordered 2 burrito bowls received ABSOLUTELY ZERO RICE in either of the bowls. One has extremely burnt/ old chicken and the other was supposed to be half and half for the meat and is only 1 kind. I placed my order online and did it 30 minutes ahead of time there is no excuse if you were out of something there was plenty of time to prepare and make more of it. Not really sure what I paid $28 for but I did tip the employees and this service was not worth my money for the food let alone the tip.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible service. They should fire all the employees right now and get robots to do there job. Started off with first person to start my order, just grunting at me guess he can’t formulate words. After he put the wrong meat on my bowl and argued with me about it. A girl took over and couldn’t stop touching her hair the whole time. Gross ! I got chips and a drink so I asked for a bag thinking one of those nice handle bags he jammed all my food in a small narrow bag and it ripped the side completely open. I asked for another and he walked away said not my problem. So I went behind the counter and got my own. Terrible just absolutely terrible. These kids need to be all fired and start from scratch. Get some people who know customer service

really dissipointed in my experience all the tables were filthy with stains food the floors had all floor dust and no napkins installed. the workers have a poor attitude I was nice to the lady taking my food order and she could care less to even give me eye contact and they are rushing customers slapping food into the bowls and look and act as if they could care less for there job. most of the food in the containers were out and the food was dry the rice was hard and the chips were very stale. the quality inside was very discussing and a waste for 15 hard earned money… i will not be coming back here again I am very disappointed with the service hear and the attitude but most of all the quality inside is not safe for people to eat inside due to how filthy it is at every table. If you want a good chipotle don’t go to wearham go to raynham. the only good person here was the older blonde lady who works at cash register and the cook.

Let me start off by saying I love Chipotle. Favorite food. If I could have it everyday I would but this review is strictly on this Wareham location. That I was so excited to have locally but at this point Wareham Chipotle is so terrible, I rather drive to Dartmouth. This is the WORST chipotle. I’ve never experienced such an inconsistent food ever. I have received multiple meals with hard uncooked rice. Like not cooked fully, portions are always different and flavors vary. The go through employees like crazy and they are either playing inappropriate music on a speaker or just zero customer service. I once had asked purchased a fountain drink with my meal, and before a the employee could check me out and give me a cup. Another women was at the cashier desk asking to return her cup because the beverage she wanted wasn’t available. The employee gave her, her money back and the cup. When I went to cash out the employee gave me the women’s cup that her hands were instead of a new one. And then had an attitude when I asked for something new. I have once sat in the Chipotle line for 45 minutes! On a prep ordered meal. They ran out of cheese and couldn’t make me a quesadilla that I had ordered instead of giving me a refund. I had to call service and it was a whole process.

I go here with friends regularly and we all agree it is the best Chipotle in the area. The service is awesome and the food is just better than other locations. I drive 30 minutes out just to come here.

This chipotle is horrid. Yesterday I went there and there was 5 people in line being told they could only order online. They said it’s due to the fact that they only have 3 workers on, when there’s supposed to be 5. The workers who are in COLLEGE are expected to over work and the manager supplies them with extremely unfair treatment. I was even told to leave a bad review online by the one of the servers because of how they are being treated. Do not buy from this chipotle as the manager needs to get his act together.

Dining room was clean. Staff was friendly and capable. Didn’t seem short staffed which is rare these days. Ordered a bowl and a burrito. Both were prepared exactly as ordered.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I’ve only come here three times, and each time they never have anything in stock. Ranging from veggies, meat, or even utensils, they DON’T have it. The facility itself was gross and things always look unclean. The employees were also very rude. They slapped the food onto our bowls, and then scrapped some off after already putting it on. The worst part was that they put it right back into the container (gross).
