The food was incredible and every bite was packed with flavor. You can tell they use fresh, high quality ingredients and really care about what they are serving. The bread had the perfect texture, the meats were seasoned just right, and the sauces brought everything together perfectly. Every sandwich feels like it was made with attention and passion.
The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. The atmosphere had a relaxed and inviting vibe that made it a great place to sit and enjoy a meal. It is rare to find a sandwich shop that stands out this much, but Karver Sandwiches truly does. I will absolutely be coming back to try more of their menu.

This is like a 2.5 for me – I wouldn’t return but it was passable. My buddy ordered a Ruben and also didn’t finish it. I think it’s a 2.5 in general but a 3 or 4 for Beaverton. For the price I think it should have been better.
We adored the service though, they quickly pivoted and gave us what we needed.
Bahn mi ⭐⭐
– too saucy, makes it overly salty and overwhelms the other ingredients
– baguette wasn’t high quality
– tried to wipe off the sauce to have just the meat and it wasn’t amazing- very greasy and pork belly is something I grew up with so I’m pretty familiar with how it’s supposed to taste

– really good, like insanely good
– but too much dressing. I should have asked for less.

One night I decided I wanted a sandwich. I wanted to try something new so I looked up sandwiches. Karver is where I ended up. I was greeted by the owner who was super nice. His staff also looked happy and content with life as well. The food was really good. I enjoyed the melter skelter. The ingredients were high quality. The cookies are huge, made in house, and totally delicious. The 4x bacon Mac and cheese was a perfect side dish. I Can’t wait to go back. See you guys soon

We ventured out in the cold on the third day of the nasty 2024 storm and came to Karver for the first time. we ordered two sandwiches, Cuban and Grilled Cheese as well as the corn and chicken along with tomato soup.
The soup was soothing hot and so yummy. The sandwiches are to die for. The cookie is freshly made and warm and was so good.

It was a rainy Friday and I was looking for a quick bite to eat on my lunch break. I wanted something simple yet savory and warm, and I heard about this Sandwich shop from my co worker and decided to pop in.
The 3x grilled cheese was amazing!!! The bread was perfectly thick and toasted, I love sourdough! And the cheese was perfectly melted and just the perfect amount. The soup was also soo delicious and tasty, it was very hot which I love . Very satisfied with my meal, it was just right!

First time here. The sandwich was awesome. Definitely do not skrimp on the meat. The chips were a little stale texture,would love to see an option for ff. The menu was tricky to find if never there before. The staff was awesome but surprised they do not have to wear beard nets.
