Came here today to pickup an order that should’ve been ready. Waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged and when we were, the people in there told her I had been there and she said anyways she didn’t care and proceeded to help the other customer. Everybody was shocked cause I hadn’t been rude with her, I said excuse me they said I was here before and me & my kids had been waiting. She said she didn’t care whatever and I’m like why are you being rude? She started fussing and going back and forth and other people in there stood up for me. Saddest part, this was a treat for my kids who lost their dad yesterday, you never know what people are going through. She cancelled my order and even the other worker apologized, he tried to rectify the situation, came back and said it was nothing he could do cause she’s the manager and he was just so apologetic. The other patrons were even saying it’s SAD that the manager (Chrishell) was behaving this way. Right after the worker told me he tried to fix the situation but ultimately I was leaving with nothing, another guest walked up to me and told me that she gave my pizza to him. All this going on while it rains outside. I’ve lived in this neighborhood 8 years and always order here for even my students. It’s sad 1 bad person is ruining the whole store. The other 3 customers there told me it would be their last time there.

I ordered a pizza for delivery after I worked all day and watched the tracker show the driver get half way here and then just turn around and complete the order as if it was delivered. They straight up robbed me. I tried calling over and over and no one answered even though im watching the tracker show the driver pull up to the store like are you foreal? Pathetic little thieves. Ruined my night the way they think it’s ok to play with other people’s hard earned money. Disgusting behavior by the employees.

Ordered 3 pizzas for my 3rd grade class and they didn’t arrive until they had all gone home (90 minutes). First call I got hung up on. Second call I was told the pizza would still be delivered but we wouldn’t be charged. I tipped the delivery driver in cash because I believed the transaction was canceled. However almost 24 hours later the charge hasn’t been reversed and no one’s answering my call.

Never again! I ordered a pizza and BBQ chicken for delivery through the app. The food arrived timely but was incorrect. I go to the store to get what i ordered and before i could speak to him the tall light skin, who i am going to assume is the manager, heard me say chicken bites (wings and bites are not the same thing so who would think that) and just walked away. What he should have done was check the receipt like any employee should. Now he made and wasted bread bites and chicken wings because he has an attitude. Even listening to him on the phone with a customer made me cringe.

Tried placing my order when I entered an no one could assist me so they made me place an order online for carry out. Understandable due to shortage of staff but then I saw other customers walk in and place they’re orders over the counter, with the same individual. Brushed it off, but the whole establishment was dirty, from the tables to the floors. Got my order and when I got home saw that the pasta used was old and stale. Please see picture. I placed a order on 1/15/2026 for two medium pizzas and chicken Alfredo pasta and I also got a 16 piece garlic bread bites with my rewards and Mr. Jonathan delivered my order I only got half my order he said give me 15 mins and I will bring it back soon MR.jonathan went back to the store not only to get the rest of my order but made sure it was fresh and he delivered it to me and apologized and said it was his fault I told him it’s okay we all make mistakes but I REALLY REALLY appreciate Mr.Jonathan for what he did thank you again
