Reviews
The restaurant is very nice, with beautiful décor and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It feels comfortable and well designed, perfect for a relaxed dinner with friends.
The staff were very helpful and gave great suggestions on what to order, which made the experience even better. We ordered the lamb pasanda and garlic naan, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well balanced, everything tasted fresh and well prepared.
The prices are affordable for the quality and portion size, which is always a plus. There is paid street parking available nearby, which was convenient enough.
Overall, everything was great, and I would definitely go back!
We wouldn’t recommend the palak chicken, as we felt it was too thick and wasn’t creamy enough. It also resembled the taste of seaweed and lacked any depth of flavour. The lamb madras was better and had a stronger tomato flavour, though the lamb wasn’t the most tender. Something we noticed was that many of the food came out just warm and wasn’t actually hot.
That said, service was less polished. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed by our large party: there were mix‑ups and forgotten items, and things moved more slowly than expected. It felt like coordination was lacking, which detracted from the overall experience.
Food‑wise, the taste was fairly average. Some dishes stood out a little, but nothing overly memorable. The spice levels were good, felt little westernized, so I didn’t feel wowed by flavors but good presentation. It’s on pricey end than the experience warranted.
Malabari fish curry was sweet eventhough everything was ordered as medium spicy.
Couldnt understand how a southern indian fish curry dish can be sweet.
Madras chicken curry and naan were quite good.
Did not click any more photos after having mutton tikka as after the first bite I was disappointment.
Second upsetting experience was the service. We were waiting for main course to be served for 24 mins.
The expectations were much higher from Michelin star restaurant.
Atmosphere is very elegant and warm – a great place for a cozy meal or a celebration.
The meat was pathetic, pungent smell , there was only food color to the chicken tikka .
Even the goa fish curry tasted little spoiled.
On a whole very bad experience.
The food was amazing. Paneer Chilly was my favorite. The paneer was super soft inside with this perfect crunch on the outside. Every bite had so much flavor. The Garlic Naan was just as good, soft and packed with flavor. It pulled apart so easily and was perfect for scooping up the sauces.
Overall, the whole experience was just really good. Definitely a place I would go back to and recommend to friends.
