I would highly recommend you try this spot for desserts! The vanilla custard is super creamy and soft and thick, and the Italian ice is full of flavor. I was debating whether to give it 5 stars or 4 stars because last time we went the flavor I got was not really what I thought but I was the one who chose it so
The staff is friendly and the service is pretty fast. You order at the front, then pick up your order at the back.
If you bring a date you can expect to pay around $12 for both of you for small gelati (trust me, you don’t really need a large)

Such a cute little dessert place! First time trying, and I got the gelati with peach and strawberry italian ice and vanilla custard. The custard was so smooth and creamy! It’s basically like ice cream but tastes a little smoother. I loved it! Tried a friend’s chocolate custard and it tasted really good too! My Italian friend said the Italian ice is not 100% authentic, but it tastes good.

We love Karie Anne’s! We went for the first time this year and we make every excuse we can to go back. The custard and ice are just so creamy and flavorful, and the new flavors every week spice it up after trying the regular menu. My only complaint is sometimes they have messed up our order, but they are usually high school students so we want to give them a break and everything is delicious so it hasn’t been a big problem.

Everybody on our team has found ourselves at Karie Anne’s and it’s been amazing every time. Certain parties in the car are very unhappy when I’m driving past Rexburg and don’t pull in to stop here. The canopy over the tables makes it much more pleasing to sit and enjoy it. A staple in Rexburg and their other locations!

Best place for gelati in rexburg! They are only around in the summer so keep your eyes open during the spring and summer months. The flavor here is so good. I highly recommend that you come here for dessert needs.
