Ramen bowls looked amazing but they’re just not good. The noodles are so hard and i paid for an extra egg thinking it was going to be a soy egg but in actuality it’s just a regular egg. It was also cold so I had to let it sit in the broth longer. The stuff you see on the side i have no idea what it is but i had to remove it from my bowl because it tasted like tree bark.

The ramen here is exceptional—deep, layered broth with just the right balance of umami and richness. The noodles have that perfect springy bite, and every topping feels intentional, not just added. It’s clear a lot of care goes into each bowl. Easily one of the best ramen experiences I’ve had outside of Japan.

Very rude service. I ordered pickup and asked if I could use Apple Pay, and the lady scolded me for not bringing my card—even though the machine accepts tap to pay. Then I asked if the chili oil on the table was included with my order, and she said it was an extra charge. I asked why, since it was already on the table, and she responded rudely again.
I ended up opening my to-go order just to add some chili oil myself. I was genuinely trying to be understanding, but it’s hard when you walk in and get scolded immediately. The experience made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I love the other location and would definitely recommend going to that one instead!

Had the house ramen- it was WONDERFUL! They serve it HOT tho — so take a couple of minutes before eating
The decor and ambiance were amazing. But the real gem was James who made me feel really welcome. His hospitality led to a great meal and good vibes.
I will definitely recommend to anyone who wants Food at a great price, Cool Ambiance, and nice hospitality!

Amazing definitely better than some I’ve had around VA I went a tried a bit of everything not only were they quick with the food it was hot and flavorful and also gave recommendations on how it should be eaten for the maximum experience loved every minute of it will definitely come back again and it’s apart of my regular ramen spots when I am craving ramen definitely a must try again and again

I ate there with my friends and we were all shocked because of the server. She was so rude even at the start when she was just getting our water. She was rushing when it wasn’t busy at all. And while we were still eating, she started giving us our bills tryna rush everything. Very unprofessional. Server’s name is Michelle.

My partner and I are doordashing picking up their food to deliver to their customer together and my partner needed to use the bathroom. Although I believe they do have the right to refuse the use of the bathroom i will no longer continue eating here. Next time I’ll cancel the order too. Just be courteous.
