Had a lovely meal here this evening. Started with spicy poppadoms, a great dip selection. King prawn poori appetiser, a little salty for my liking. Lamb tikka jalfrezi main with jeera rice and a keema naan. The mains and accompaniments were excellent, one of the best keema naans I’ve ever had. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

We had a rough travel day and found ourselves staying overnight at Heathrow. We just wanted a warm dinner and found ourselves at Kaniz. This was exactly what we were hoping for. A staff member named Anish was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food was full of flavour and nicely prepared. I had naan, lamb curry, and papadum – everything was tasty. They also serve momo, a traditional Nepali dish, which I liked the most.
Highly recommended if you’re near Heathrow and looking for good Indian food!

Came in for an early dinner on a Saturday. Had Poppadums, Onion Bhaji and Tandoori mixed grill. All the food was excellent, especially the Tandoori lamb and the Chutney selection, which is one of the best I’ve ever seen in 30 years of eating at curry houses. Service was attentive without being overbearing and the atmosphere was great too. Clean and comfortable with eclectic Indian restaurant musical ambience. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely Indian restaurant near Heathrow T5! My partner and I had a lovely dinner here the night before flying.
The staff were friendly and there was a relaxed atmosphere with nice music. The food was brilliant – a great wide range to choose from! – and a special mention to the mango chutney.
We would definitely recommend going & wish we could go more if we were local!

We were staying at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel for the night prior to our flight out of LHR and on the hunt for dinner options. As part of the quick search on Google Maps we stumbled across Kaniz and decided to give it a go.
The restaurant is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel (exit the hotel and turn left). It was a Sunday early evening and we were immediately seated. The food and service were great. Appetizers were flavorful and plenty. Main courses were also well prepared, tasted fresh, and had good flavors.
Overall, a good option when traveling through LHR airport.
