This quaint little BBQ place is delicious! The sweet sauce and white sauce is a must! We had the best service and the food was delicious! Pulled pork loaded baked potato was so good, and the Cuban was amazing! We will definitely be back. 🙂 The owners are so nice, great friendly people.

We were in Gate City VA visiting family and stopped at this Smoke House for some BBQ. Let me tell you, it was the most AMAZING BBQ we have ever had. And what a variety of food, from a Cuban with bread fresh from Tampa Fl and served with the most wonderful smoked pork on it. It was DELICIOUS! Also a must have is the corn casserole and homemade deserts. You have to stop here if your ever in town! I also will say the owner his wife and staff were all such polite people.

We visited on a Friday afternoon in early April while driving through town. We got to talk with the owner Josh who seemed pretty cool and learned a little about the history of how they started the restaurant. The Kane St. Smokehouse opened in August 2022 and looks like they were doing great. He said it was a bit slower than usual that day because it was Good Friday and many people were out of school and the local area families were probably just starting their spring break trips.

We stumbled onto this after our drive on the back of the dragon. It was a great place to grab a light lunch and some sweet tea. The girls behind the counter were friendly and helped us pick our some delicious sides. The jalapeno corn casserole was my choice, with no regrets. The choped beef was equally tasty

Everything from the food to the service and the small town atmosphere are definitely five star. Go get you some really good brisket or sausage or sides or all the above on their amazing platters. Done in or carry out, with very fast service. On the go? No problem, swing in and get you some really good barbecue on the go!

If you’re anywhere in the tri cities area take the small or large trip to try this place. Absolutely the best bbq I’ve ate in my many attempts to find a good option around here. I was the only customer there, and to me that’s a shame. The menu is simple and to the point, EVERY sauce is fantastic (try the white sauce) and the ones who run the place are very accommodating from the jump.I will Absolutely be back and hope to make a habit of it.

Beef brisket sandwich was awesome! Tender and juicy…best of all…..they do not out sauce on any of their meats!!!! They let the meat do the talking. They have 4 or 5 different sauces you can add at he table….but they don’t ruin the meat by covering it with sauce. Very nice folks! I will definitely be returning this week.
