Had dinner at JINYA Ramen Bar and it was honestly amazing—like something straight out of a movie. The space was so cozy, aesthetic, and visually pleasing, it instantly set the mood. Our waiter was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better.
And the food… oh my goodness. Absolutely bursting with flavor—every bite was comforting and rich without being overwhelming. I was seriously impressed by how many vegan options they had, and they definitely weren’t an afterthought.
They also serve mocktails, which was such a fun and refreshing touch, but let me talk about the Impossible taco for a second—because wow!!!! It was on a whole different level. So flavorful, so satisfying, and honestly way too good. Like… really, really good.
Such a warm, memorable dining experience. I’ll 100% be back. ✨

First time at this JinYa Thornton location in Orlando and the atmosphere was great. Food came in fresh, flavourful and hot. Our server Mauricio was excellent and was always attentive. Will be back at this spot on our next vacay here.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Juan at the bar was extremely attentive and gave us excellent drink recommendations, he knew exactly what we were looking for.
Bosco and Mauricio took amazing care of us throughout the night, always attentive and making sure everything arrived on time. The food was absolutely delicious. I especially recommend the matcha tiramisu: delicate in flavor with an incredibly smooth, creamy texture.

Everything was delicious! we had the cucumber salad, the crispy chicken, spicy chicken ramen, the Jinya Chicken Ramen (extra egg, chicken wonton and bokchoy) and the matcha tiramisu.
The ramen was delicious, with a rich broth, and perfectly chewy noodles!
recommend: cucumber salad, crispy chicken, extra egg and chicken wontons in your ramen.

This is me and the bf GO-TO spot. The staff are always so pleasant and the food is always amazing. The place is extremely clean as well. Our server Juan was amazing, he takes the time to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and his team! Thank you Juan, thank you to all the servers, hosts and chefs who make this restaurant the best place to eat!

The service was great. The wait time was around 25 mins on a Friday night. The ramen, the shrimp sushi, and the matcha tiramisu were yummy. However, the salmon poke bowl was just ok (not super fresh and salty).
The have a lot of beers selections and you can do the beer flights to try different kind.
Overall, a great place to come to chill with friends and get beers and ramen!

Average Japanese food, for the ramen the broth was a bit too salty and the pork overcooked and a bit tough compared to others otherwise delicious still the egg was perfect and I liked the other toppings. I am just comparing to other Japanese Ramen restaurants. The Takoyaki balls were below average to average, fired chicken average and the gyoza average to above. So overall average.
First time here. Would recommend but otherwise still on the hunt for the best Japanese in the area.

Coming to Jinya is always a treat! We obviously love the ramen, but everytime we come in there’s a new dish to try or special offer to take advantage of. This time I had the spicy chicken ramen (probably have had before idk) and it was very good. My wife had the birria ramen and loved it! We signed up for the rewards and got free mochi ice cream too which was amazing too. Almost forgot to mention they have great happy hour deals every day of the week! Definitely worth a stop it!

I’ve been coming here a few years and Jinya never disappoints. Food is always good. This is the best ramen spot I’ve been to. I love that they offer vegetarian and vegan options. Fairly priced. Nice chill atmosphere. Great place to come for a first date or a meal without the kids. Bosco was my server this time and he was great. This was my first time out since having a baby and he made it very nice 🙂

Ordered the crispy chicken, the steamed buns, takoyaki, Birria ramen and the black ramen. All very good, i had the Birria ramen was unique. I ordered it because I do enjoy Birria tacos and wanted to try something different for a ramen. I would say if you’re more of a meat person you’d definitely like it. Shay was a great waitress and very kind, She helped us pick our food
