The past 4 or 5 times I’ve been here the service has been absolutely terrible. Employees are rude. This last time everybody got their food except me & by the time we finally got ahold of the server to ask about my food everyone else was done eating & she said it was being made & it’s on the way. I said forget it & cancel it everybody else was ready to go now. There’s a lot better Mexican restaurants in Jonesboro & surrounding areas than this place!

Very warm and humid inside the restaurant.
Louder music than I prefer.
Beautifully set up.
Great food.
Very clean.
Professional service.
I will go back and recommend anyone interested that can deal with a slightly louder environment to try.
We wanted to try something new so decided to stop in at Kendela Grill.
To start when you walk in the restaurant is set up amazingly, stunning furniture and decor.
We took our time selecting what we wanted to try and the waiter was not overly pushy while waiting on us to make our selection.
Lots of different things offered on the food and the beverage menus.
Prices aren’t bad for what you get.
My only complaint, the music was a good bit too loud, it was almost as loud as going to a bar.

Came here for 1st time for our son’s 7th Birthday the other day, our server was a new gentleman who hasn’t worked there long, but he was definitely on his game. I’ve been a waitress for 8 years and this gentleman had just recently started, and when I was serving is not for everyone, it was definitely ment for this guy who served us. He did such a great job! Stinks I didnt catch his name. We Will be back. Thank yall

I’ve lived in Jonesboro for a few years now, and I wish I found this place sooner! The first thing I’ll say is to never judge a book by its cover. I’ve driven past Kandela Grill a few times and have never been interested because it never looked appealing on the outside, but when I went inside for the first time, I was blown away! I loved the interior design and decoration of the restaurant, and the biggest treat was seeing a CAT ROBOT waiter! It was great to have my chips and salsa delivered by such a gentleman. I ordered the chilaquiles and my boyfriend got the beef tacos, and we both shared a margarita. We were pleasantly surprised to see our margarita on fire, and it was probably the coolest margarita we ever drank(and the yummiest)! The chilaquiles was also the best Mexican dish I’ve ever had- it was stuffed with savory chicken, and the kick of spice was what tied it all together when paired with the guacamole on the side. I can’t wait to go back!

Food was good, carne asada tacos were good, the guacamole could use a little more spice but the horchata was great. Not too sweet, and the atmosphere was good, a little dark for my taste but everything was clean and service was timely

Always love taco Tuesday! Never a bad experience, but When we visited on Sept 9th they didn’t seem very busy and the service was awful. WE HAD TO ASK TWICE FOR CHIPS AND SALSA!!! took forever to get drinks, took forever for tacos, and forever to get the check we asked 3 times for the check. Not sure if this was a new guy or not.

Easily my favorite Mexican restaurant around the Jonesboro area. If the family is craving Mexican, this is the spot! The cheese dip is great. I recommend the enchiladas and the nachos, personally :)) waiters/waitresses are always very attentive and the overall feel of the restaurant is pretty cozy. It’s a bit on the dimmer side so it feels pretty warm and fancier than the price.
